cool car but go 4l80e and give the money pit 4l60 junkbox to someone you hate
Someone on the Ls1 forums did this, not an easy job..
@@markhalden3922 maybe true remember the saying "do it once, do it right" ? 4l80 is a much better box and while its true you can do a 4l60 in order to do it "right" you have to gut the entire box and fill it with sonnax parts f^ck that! .. or just listen to the countless con artists "oh i can build you a 4l60 without all them parts, i know 'tricks' " then waste time and money rebuilding it because c_nts are full of shit
@@arronjohnston742 exactly, there's the easy way or right way, regardless of rwd or awd, the 4L80 is the right choice.
Sure you could go an archaic 3 speed but they aren't a good choice if you want to cruise around.
@@markhalden3922 3 speed is ok if you go turbo and have the tall gears that go along with it but you're right over-drive is a better option for cruising........ old farm truck runs a 4l80 for that reason
Needs head gasket, head studs and turbo and u got 700hp
good luck with that
@@okanui go look wat cleatus mcfarlen did ... there ya go
no 3rd row seat option😠
its annoying when you can hear people talking in the background
Wahey
Can anyone confirm this if this car is 252 AWKW & let's say he clicked his fingers and the entire drive line for the front was disconnect and just as is in the rear wheel set ups would that same motor then make more power ?? So is the parasitic loss times x2 because of the x2 diffs and transaxle and all that extra stuff putting extra load on the motor ??? Like my wrx sti is 500hp lowish boost & 650hp in shake the cops tune 👮♂️ to the wheels and if I was to run it rear wheel drive im now a 700 hp motor im guessing it has to be something like that as parasitic loss happens with one diff so it's got to happen with 2 diffs lol fukd if I know im now confusing my self goodnight I need sleep massive weekend fellas few too many 👃🍻 and 2 nights straight of women drugs and more women and drugs some water from the slut squirting all in my eyeballs
All power figures on a chassis dyno in our videos are measured at the wheels this isn't the UK ☺️ And yes this would show more power in RWD only.
Hope you gave the poor bloke a hoody, using his car for that shameless merch plug! 😉
I believe that all participants got a hoodie and merch at this event.
Tidy looking car.
My dad had a v6 model from new. It was a shame it was shit box from day one. It was so boaty, clunky and just uncomfortable car to drive. Heavy steering, interior pieces always falling off etc. We don't miss that car at all.
no wonder these are thirsty, or failed for that matter!
