I have a Neptume 4 plus and it's not very old. It stopped working a couple months ago. I just bought a new thumb drive to update the firmware, etc. The error it is showing is MCU mcu shutdown. I have no idea where to go from here and catch find a phone number to call. FRUSTRATED, please help.

Same, new printer got a clog, took it apart and fixed it, thermistor broke... I think, getting heat error and showing negative degrees.
When will replacement print heads be available?

@@zeoswjx I did get in touch with their customer service and they should be sending me a new print head. It does have a warranty.
