- This game was played on the Xbox Series S in 1080p. The visual quality will not represent how good the game looks on PS5 & Xbox Series X. This video is intended to display the gameplay rather than the visual fidelity.
The gameplay is on the Superstar difficulty level. This was one of my first games. I played it at 2am against the CPU here, so my playing was arguably not the sharpest.

Gameplay looks slow as ever
It's HUT with 60-70 overall players. Of course it looks slow.
Also people complain it’s too arcade and not real, players don’t scream down the ice at 90mph I’ll take the slower gameplay.
@@bobmowat7190 Look at any other gameplay, its the same pacing as the others.
this community is so comical. "slow as ever" i read after seeing five people complain about how arcade paced the game has gotten

Score goal, cut to crappy spotlight celebration in 0.3 seconds before you even know who scored etc. This game is garbage. Will not buy for first time since like 1997.
I don't like that celebration either. I mean it could be cool with some tweaks and if it only showed up for some very special moments perhaps, but currently it's just overused imo.
@@SportsGamerGG There’s a timing problem between the time a goal is scored and the bad celebration. It is way too short. This was NOT a problem in NHL 24. They’ve messed up this game royally.
@@desertdog2k Hopefully there's still a day 0 or day 1 patch that would fix some of the known issues.
