Wow. I'm speechless. Well done clip. The interviewers interrupted alot. Incredible story. Baronova loved her husband so much she must have been beyond devastated to lose him that way. Olivier must have been beside himself to lose two such epic people in his life, even though Leigh and Olivier were divorced by then. This video with Leigh's photos and film clips are incredible. Her eyes looked otherworldly in some of the clips, and gave you chills, as if you could see something fierce and dark inside of her, along with the sweetness, charm, and charisma.
I really don't think Vivien Leigh would have wanted anyone to die like that. But the power of suggestion probably never left Mr. Tennant. That he was acting strange the day of his death and what Vivien said probably scared the hell out of him! If he was driving this frame of mind probably caused the accident? Weird story anyway.
Poor Vivien, the incident clearly shows the depth of her illness.Even Olivier recounts in his autobiography that there was something disturbing about her character, which made both exciting and dangerous in equal measure.
Oh my.. It's almost as if she was possessed of a sort of demon at those terrible moments. Tragic all the way around. I don't know if it was truly Vivien talking at those really dark moments-- or another force...??!!?? Scary and harrowing indeed. I did not know this story. Thank you as always T, for your incredible, rare footage and well constructed videos in every respect. .
Firstly, I'd just have to apologise for being from the horrid UK which is untrue. I believe that it was the illness speaking as, she did sound in eratic/manic phase which is a big factor for this manic depression, now renamed bipolar. The condition wasn't reseached about thoroughly so scientific meds at the time was EST.(Which was brutal) to no effect so it was discontinued as a form of meds. I don't think your evaluation of Vivien Leigh should only be done so, by a clinically licenced professional.
Vivien Leigh was a manic depressive, now renamed bipolar disorder. I believe when she behaved like this, it was due to the manic episodes of the condition. Nobody I've seen speaking about her ever referred to her as being possessed. I truly believe that it was coincidence as he died on the day of her funeral. Not the day of her death. That's just my opinion. God rest their souls. 🎉
Nothing extraordinary about this story if u know your Bible. He should have rebuked Vivien. Vivien was traumatized as a child, and this resulted in her demonic possessions later on. If someone curses u u break it in Jesus Christ name, but must also live a rightous life otherwise the curse will be stronger than your prayer.
Do you know something I don't. I'm not opposing about her childhood. As far as I know she was reared in a private Catholic school for all girls. Would you be kind enough to let us know about Viviens childhood that I'm interested to hear. Thanks.
@@garypatterson2055 She was traumatised by being sent away from warm India at an very early age into horrid England she later learned 2 love 4 whatever reason. She was 4 or 5 I think. She saw her parents 2 years later. She was possibly sexually abused there too. She was never invited on hollidays by any of the girls. She had to stay in the school during holls also.
@@Adriana-vp1rm So you've not got any solid evidence, she was abused (By a nun) That's not proof, that's just surmising. Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain, which you're born with.Being abused as a child wouldn't make anybody bipolar. They're more likely to have PTSD. If any psychatrical heath conditions.

Yes, I know, it's a frightening story to me, very bizarre... Never to be explained quite totally...
Yes, you're right. It's a total horror story !!!
Whew! This would make a good Halloween story.
Wow
You're welcome. What a strange story, isn't it ?
@lgaitan21 Jealous of her talent AND beauty? What a ludicrous comment.

It's called demonic possession.
