This one originally came out in 2015 the first one in 1990 and is a sister series (and predecessor) to the Sword and Fairy (Chinese Paladin) series that has been ongoing since 1995.
Eh. I’m half Japanese (and half Scandinavian) and even games that feature Japanese settings bore me. I’d rather take a European set game over a game set in Asia any day of the week. Not interesting in the slightest, especially the ones featuring ‘strong independent woman’ beating up guys 3x their size.

Xuan Yuan deserves more love! It's a pretty decent Chinese rpg series! Glad that we're getting more of the series localized too!

2016 on Steam I think. It just was updated and released for PS5 this past week.
