Your newest tip for pulling apart the wood pieces is to put the whole thing in the microwave for 30 seconds. My gosh, I’ve never pulled apart anything so quickly. I just love this series. Thank you!
You are BRILLIANT for solving my dollar tree furniture "knobs" woes!!!! Who would've thought to use acetone and wood putty?!?! I've battled those knobs to where they make decoupaging almost impossible. Now, I can pull them off and fill in the hole with wood putty. Thank you for thinking outside of the box!!!!🌸🌹🏵
Well I tried this last night and realized that I need to be really open and honest with myself that I am REALLY NOT CRAFTY ...at all!! Love what you do!!
I just stacked together 2 of the dollar tree chest of drawers and put 30 drawer fronts on it for an apothecary cabinet. Was wracking my old brain on how to make those drawer pulls and never would have thought to use pill capsules. My life just got a whole lot less complicated. Thanks so much!
I actually bought a bag of empty capsules to make wine goblets in 12th scale. Now you have given me more ideas what to do with the rest! This is lovely but we don't have dollar tree here but I can still improvise!
Thank you for sharing! I am impressed! Not just becouse of all those little pieces of AWESOMENESS you creat but also becouse you do all that and you don't mess those pretty nails. Beautiful work. 🌿🌹🌿
Recently learned a new, easy way to take apart these pieces by microwaving them for 10-15 seconds, softens the glue makes removing sections so much easier.
I *love* your gelatin capsule drawer pulls! Great use of materials! Gelatin capsules, empty, are available at my local grocery Cooperative. You can just get what you need.
Great series, I am now in possession of 5 pieces of furniture from Dollar Tree and can't wait to take them apart....great tip using capsuls for the drawer pulls by the way...many blessings

You are one smart cookie! Tyvm 4 your videos! I couldn't decide on how to make a bAthroom sink...the Q-Tips 4 faucet is REALLY,GREAT THINKING & like commenter b4 me...LOVE THE DRAWER PULL IDEA!!
I’m having flashbacks watching you cut the piece apart with that exacto knife 😳😳😬😬 just recently sliced my finger with an exacto knife whilst doing just this!! Felt like I hit a nerve, worst cut/pain I’ve ever felt!! Healed up nice but still have pain, bump & numbness 😬 WISH I WATCHED THIS VIDEO BEFORE MY ATTEMPT!! After bandaging I did finish the dismantling of the piece but I cringe while I use any type of knife or saw, etc 🙄
Wolfkins1972 I got these in Brunswick, GA but I've seen them in several locations in the US. They are in the toy section. Ask your local dollar tree if they carry them...I've noticed mines runs out of stock of several items near the holidays. Where do you live?
Wolfkins1972 I posted on my community board for someone in eastern pa to tell me where in that area they've found a DT with the furniture in it. I got a response from a lady who says she saw them in a Dollar Tree in Whitehall. Hopefully that helps.

I use chopsticks, too! There are certain chopsticks that have grooves at the top and they make a special addition to furniture. You rock!

You can just buy the plastic part of the pills on eBay for cheap
Wayyyyyyy too much work! I would never have time for all this but good job.
You can actually buy empty capsules at drug stores
I don’t know where you live but our dollar trees don’t have doll furniture. They don’t even have wood stuff.
This series was created in Georgia and Florida. The wooden furniture is in the toy section with the girls dolls, but sometimes I have to visit a few Dollar Trees to find what I want.
Thank you for this idea... loved it but watching this made me nausea with all the constant moving while you were talking. But thank you anyway...
