  • For this edition of The 18s we take a look at the 2018 Kawasaki KX450F. This bike is identical to the 2017 version which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I think electric start is good for us with acl problems , I’m not yet to buy a new 450 only had older crfs over the years but I’m definitely considering a new ktm or crf for the reason of the electric start.

    Reason I like kawi is because theyre not lame and put electric start and keepin it classic. Fuck having a battery on a DIRT BIKE

      SuCroN that's my first mx bike and still ride it. Keep in note that it's a very aggressive bike compared to other brands but on a mx track I tend to like it more aggressive

      ACE OF SPADES sarcasm duh. It's just lame compared to bikes with a thumb switch

    • @damorodrigo5756

      it has launch control instead

    • @codyestes432
      @codyestes432 7 років тому

      r only KTM and Husky do that with the thumb. Also Kawasaki is prolly one of the most technological bikes out their

    • @codyestes432
      @codyestes432 7 років тому

      Damo Rodrigo it has both launch control and the couplers to change the setting

    Cut you fuckin right leg... these bikes are so easy to kick start, try to start a yz426 or yz400... you don't need an electric start! Use your leg it's cheaper and lighter

      nelson batista I agree man I'm used to kicking over an old school tt500f Yamaha and when I kick theses its seems really easy to me anyways

      The Dude man I owned a CRf250R 2008 that was a pain in the ass to start the I bought a YZ250F 2015 and a yz125 with 144 kit, both are soooooo easy to start, a friend of mine started his YZ250F 2002 with his hand!

    • @thepyrodude

      nelson batista they definitely all start relatively easy for me I can see it on a few of them I think eletric start should be an option to keep the cost down for dudes that don't need the button...its a nice thought anyways

      The Dude I agree with you, my friend went to a race last Sunday, and in the last corner he felt and he was tired and couldn't start his bike, he was in second place went back to fifth... he told if was there an electric start he would had finished in second... But his bike is a kx250F 2010, I don't think that if it was a EFI bike it wouldn't start
