I hope when you guys are doing the bike swaps , that the handle bars and levers are in the same positions , so the bikes feel the same . If not the bikes would feel like crap from bike to bike .
For the Kawi to be the "slowest", she seems to have legs on her on the long straights , In one part of the vid she pulled the YZ on a straight and...wish I time stamped it
@@Zackrey507mx I agree to that for the most part but the straight was super long and the rider on the KX was absolutely bigger , maybe the YZ short shifted or was at 75% but I dont see that being the case. I bet if they put a dragy on the New KX for a 2nd gear roll to the end of 4th sayyyy 60ish mph it will surprise alot of people.

Last one being a 2019 (last years model) I raced A class locally, and have had the opportunity to ride my buddy’s 2021, 2022, and his 2023 yz450 (he was a privateer as well) I can say with out a doubt the kx felt slower. And people are saying that the last gen kx has more power than the 2024-25 model kx. This has me worried because I was starving for power on my 19 that had a pro circuit exhaust and ran race fuel. The new kx is also like 7 to 9 pounds heavier?? And softer suspension?? Like they definitely were not aiming to for the faster rider market. I am hoping they come out with an SR/factory edition, with stiffer suspension and ported heads and possibly DID dirtstar stx wheels (kawi rims are junk, and bend like tin foil) I love kawi for their frame design, or some would say “rider triangle” but there suspension is sub pair, wheels are junk, bar mounts are junk, power is lack luster. Like MXA said, you save money by buying a kawi, but you need to put the money you save back into the kawi…

We wish we could score a BETA as well. Suzuki has been requesting to be out of the shootout mix for several years. We are doing it out of respect to the brand. If they aren't interested in being in we're cool with it. You can pretty much determine where they would land in the shootout every year

Look, the Lawrence Brothers were riding Suzuki over in Europe for years, before Honda came up with more money to get them. They (Suzukis) are damn good bikes and it's a phucking shame you cow tow to the Davie Combs of the industry. As a dirt bike magazine, your #1 job is to do the research for all riders, not just the popular brands who seem to be exploiting the industry simply because of electric start. Kenny seems to believe in the bike and is doing quite well without an electric start. Maybe this is just a bitch session, but you are the ones who are paid to research and look at all the bikes. Shootout or not get some info on the Suzukis. Shame on you for being told how to run your magazine.

Where’s beta? Where’s the Original Rmz? 2025 supposed to be a 450 Triumph. The year is 24’ u should do ur shootouts when u collect all 9 AMA 2025 bikes
We asked BETA..they didn't have one available. Suzuki doesn't want to be in shootouts. The Triumph isn't coming till closer to winter. The year is 2024 and these are the bikes available for the public to buy.

Suzuki quit the AMA in 2018, then about 4 years later Suzuki rejoined the AMA without Changing a Dam thing… all wondering Why?? After Suzuki quit MotoGP having extra cash I was expecting a new surprise in 25’ especially with kenny on the bike putting the RMZ on Podium in supercross) U had of 6 of 9 released to u, so u decedent to just Air It. I swear I didn’t even watch the video. Wasn’t even interested to watch it do to missing bikes. We’ll see what ur competition channels do on UA-cam. I’m sure u don’t care, but that how u get subscribers. Take care. Let’s see how the motocross playoffs go!

They said the same thing on the 2001 RM250 but me and my buddy was getting holeshots and top 5 starts at GNCC, HS, & MX races.

Everyone says 450 is to much power then complain about the suzuki sounds like it should be about perfect get a 25 suzuki for the shootout!
I could be wrong but didn’t they say they aren’t including Suzuki because it’s unchanged.

Triumph 450 isn't here yet. Can't get our hands on a Beta 450. Suzuki will sit out the shootouts in most media moving forward
