Arteries carry blood away from the heart, and veins carry blood towards the heart. With the exception of pulmonary blood vessels, arteries carry oxygenated blood and veins carry deoxygenated blood. Arteries have thick walls with muscle tissue. Veins have thinner walls and use valves to keep your blood flowing.

    Arteries-
1-Arteries carry oxygenated blood away from your heart.
2-They have thick walls and a muscular layer that keeps your blood moving. 3-Arteries can be as wide as a nickel.
    Veins-
1-Veins carry deoxygenated blood towards your heart and are often located close to your skin.
2-Veins don’t have a muscular layer like arteries, so they depends on valves to keep your blood moving. 3-Veins start as tiny blood vessels.
    🙂🙂🤩Thank u sir..the session was amazing.🙏🏻👌🤩

Ans. Vein - carry deoxygenerated blood ( carbon dioxide rich ) except pulmonary vein. Veins takes the blood towards the blood. They have thin valves i.e low pressure is here.
Artery - they carry oxygenated blood ( oxygen rich ) except pulmonary artery, they take the blood away from heart, they have thick valves I.e high pressure creates here.
