hi there you might want to set the lower arm angle to ride height before torqueing the bolts, it might get you better longevity for the bushings. great video by the way.
We have a company in Mauritius proposing polurethane bushing.I was considering them. I still have the ones that came with the car when it was new. Do you recommend the polurethane ones ? 🤔
@@whenrosesfadeaway While polyurethane bushings are good in many ways, you should consider the application as to why you would get them. Are you driving/racing your car where improving the handling characteristics is more important than comfort? Or are you just daily driving and favor ride quality. Also consider the service intervals of these bushings vs OEM. All things to consider before deciding to go forward. For me, I can sacrifice a little ride quality for better track handling. It does make for a rather stiff ride (in combination with my coilovers) but I like how the car handles with them. Hope this helps in your decision making!
@@arvin_arn It is mainly for maintenance and having parts that last longer. As far as i remember ,Toyota mauritius does not sell bushing .They sell the complete set which is expensive . Only after market shops or service providers sells them here.🤔 i get a very very little squeek from my lefy side at times.
With the broken bushing before, the driver side did feel a bit soft and I was cautious not to take right turns too hard. But with the replacemnt bushings, it feels better, stiffer and more responsive in the turns

Will keep this in mind for the next time!

hi don't you need to align the wheels after putting the control arm back in with the new bushings?
Yes that would be ideal
Did it effect ride handling ? And would you say it helps or limit s articulation or how freely it moves ?

Its unfortunate PU was supposed to be more durable.

I would suggest you double check with the SuperPro website to ensure you get the correct parts for your car.
