Hey everyone, let me know if you have any questions about this battery pack. I'll have batteries packs available for sale as well. Thanks for watching!
This might be the ultimate solution for my electric motorcycle project. I designed a monocoque 2 years ago that can hold 48 Nissan Leaf units. As such these are rather heavy for a motorcycle because they are all individually encased in metal. It did however lead to an internally 225 mm wide design monocoque in which a lot of different solllutions can be packed so I went ahead with building it anyway. The cells you show are actually still on the small side for my design! Since my monocoque is completely steel already I should even be able to use metal casings that are even more minimal then the one you add! :-)
This is the best E-bike on the market! Considering the price and what you actually get ! Im saving up for another 1 cos they are leaps and bounds better than all competition , please don't get mad I'm only being real .
I'm building a 92s4p pack for a full EV car conversion using the same cells. They really are fantastic. Very good if you can find them at a good price.
Maximum respect , I bought one of your bikes off my cousin in Birmingham, I'm absolutely delighted that I got 1 of your cyberbikes , ( your in a class of you own with these e bikes ) can I buy set of blue mudguards and a few more panels please and the led for the indicators ? I have whooped any contenteders who try to test !!! You've really created something special bro ! Big up.
I love this video. Thank you for sharing the information. I am glad I spent the money on your guide. It has been an excellent source of information for me while I build my bike!
I would like to see a cyber touring bike or e-touring bike that has extra long range, where you could carry tons of gear but peddle comfortably between charges.
Omg, i saw these on sale second hand so cheap but didnt know what they were and thought it was too good to be true.... Wish i had saw this video 6 months ago!
Fucking finally mate! About time someone designed a decent lipo battery, kudos my friend!!! Would love to see what that thing can put down under the heaviest load.
Yes this was a good video. You have changed my mind. I'm getting your product and the ronners can eat my dust. Soon,it won't be long ill get with you over a bike. Until then... do the thing that you do!
22s2p pack with those cells would make for a very fast ride!. What is the overall length of the pack once you have compressed the cells and torqued the threaded rods down?
As far as weight goes...my 3.5kwh Li-ion battery is still a hefty 46 pounds, with plastic case, yet I'm waiting for a 30+% further reduction in weight with the newer upcoming battery cells... that is a heavy but power house of a battery you have there.
I want another bike in the future! So I can take them both to tour Jamaica! Your bikes are an absolute dream to ride honestly I ride it sensibly, but can you do a 96v battery?
I'm totally amazed. I can't wait to start a build. I'll build one of each models, the cyber bike will be pedals for more user friendly in Scotland, plus most time be off road. Can these come with street style road tyres? As would be cool for city ebikes. Great work
would it be possible to stack them in different ways and connect the different layers to one big? Like yours a bit shorter and then some chells on top. So that it looks like a motor with cylinder?
🤔🤔🤔... ✅️ exactly... Being able to stack them in long and short pieces in different angles would allow me to make a hollow "V-twin" case for the batteries and Brushless electric motor on the bottom. Then put the controller and recharger/maintainer in the modified tank. 😉😎😎😎😎😎
Hey Ladi, how big of a battery can you build to fit inside the Enduro Ebike frame? I currently have a 134v, 20ah, 2680wh Lipo build, but am looking for more ah/wh with a 134v setup still.
I have this battery on a bicycle I bought 6 months ago and from the first day the battery cuts off my power! After filming the BMS application, I found that 6 cells drop below 3V voltage and the other cells remain 0.5 volts higher. At the top, at the connecting blades, I have a temperature sensor that in 10 seconds reaches a temperature of 60 degrees and the BMS enters thermal protection. The standby battery is perfectly balanced, when I draw from it 200A those 6 cells drop very quickly below 2.8V. Is it possible that the screws on the blades are loose and therefore do not hold those 6 cells in charge? What advice would you give me to check? And one more thing, I can't discharge the battery more than 40% because those cells go into voltage protection! A tip from you can help me a lot to enjoy this battery. Thank you very much!
Sound like you need to use proper connectors because the ones you are using don’t handle current you are pulling from the battery. That’s why they heat up.
you should check out microvast batteries. they have super fast charging (4C) ability and 5000 cycles to 80% capacity @1C discharge (for the highest energy density cell mpco). the microvast cells are also pretty big format that only fit on a rear rack on an ebike. microvast also has non flammable electrolyte technology
@@ladiandmargaret about 300$ per kwh for a complete battery pack, maybe fast charging option will add to the cost. check on alibaba : houzhou hongwei new automobile. they have up to 72v and also 144V packs (in extruded aluminum shell)
I like if you can make a plane from the battery good luck I'm waiting for your video on youtube greetings you do a good job good luck continue with your good work

Some help?
have you tried putting these ones into the ebike 4.2 ( stealth bomber clone ) ? they look a bit tall but maybe lying flat you could fit 1/3 of that size and then link 2 of those groups together.
I've a question please help if possible... I've a 12s lifepo4 smart bms... But I need a configuration of 15s and on the bms there are 16 slots for batteries 4of which are not being used and are shot circuited... So without changing the coding or anything if I simply open the shot circuited last three lines and simply connect if to a 15s lifepo4 battery pack would it work??

Hi Ladi , I rode my bike to work today, and it just stopped working, but my lights work, but screen just won't come on ,or the bike won't start, can it be that the temperature is to cold ?
I'm know only a little about batteries. Are all of them serial connected? Don't I need a aftermarket engine controller to run 96volt? And what charger to you recommend?
@@ladiandmargaret I have 40 EIG cells in a 20s2p configuration so 40Ah. I would need 3 bms's because I have 3 of the packs wired in parallel. 120 cells in total. It's for my golf cart. It has a 600a Navitas controller with a 5Kw AC motor.
Pretty much any decent 18650 cell today exceeds 500+ cycles without problems. A VTC6 pack of similar capacity is almost 10kg lighter while allowing same power.. You could even charge such a pack at 6kw with active cooling, 3kw passive no issues.
@@ladiandmargaret A spec that is taken when ran hard in power packs for hand tools and whatnot. Actual realistic cycle count is in excess of 500 cycles, if not 1000+ when treated right.
My point is that a 18650 VTC6/30Q pack of similar weight and size has more capacity and power, and just as good if not better lifetime when derated to 4.0v charging while also then having similar capacity at that point. Only disadvantage cylindrical cells have over pouch times is being harder to work with.
