18:54 Very relatable. I think as people with ADHD, our brains just make it alot more challenging than it needs to be. Our executive function is a bitch sometimes, so it's hard to stay ontop of everything, then ontop of that our brains hyperfixate on the negative emotions which just amplies it.
I've been working through my backlog of BTP's lately, and this one was ríght on the money in terms of subject matter. The talks about repressing feelings, accepting them and depressive feelings was beyond accurate in terms of feelings and insights i've encountered lately. Thanks for this, champions!

Jackie Chan in the bloopers was like “what does that mean, stop making me say bad words!” It was a good scene people bringing it up nowadays are so stupid and ignorant to try and blame this on Jackie, Rush Hour is literally perfect

I’ve lived in Miami my whole life and I’ve heard Hispanic kids at school toss around the n-word all of the time. I had a friend who became a somewhat accomplished artist and I found out many years later that there was a controversy over her using that word online. It’s indefensible, of course, but part of me acknowledged that the environment she came from sort of fostered this habit as something that was “okay.” I even had a white friend using it in groups of Hispanic people in school and that was so strange.
