It's kinda sad how Perrito was the only one who actually needed the wish but he was the only one who actually didn't want anything. Also no one could have done anything without Perrito: Puss needed him to understand the meaning of his remaining life; Kitty started trusting Puss only after she knew Perrito; Goldie and the Bears were helped by him and they even spared him; and finally, Jack Horner still finds him cute even if Jack Himself is just a heartless monster
”Perrito was the only one who actually needed the wish bud he was the only one who actually didn't want anything." Just like how in platinum end they give the suicidal kid godhood. In the end, he killed himself and everyone else
I love how puss and kitty both got their wishes and how Goldie realised that that the family she always wanted was with her but what I love the most is how purito got a family.
that one of the amazing things I like about this movie because it shows sometimes you should tell people what you want so that way you have more help and a better and higher chance of getting it
of course Jack didn’t realize that he already had lots of items that already made him over powered anything else would just be too similar unless he was thinking of magic powers probably ???
Maybe they did what the Fables graphic novels did ? In Fables, deceased characters usually come back, either through resurrection or through replacement (unless they are cast in the Witching Well). For instance, in the first volumes of the story, three important characters are killed and, since the rest of the community don't want them back, they use magic to transform three random giants and transform them into new versions of the previously deceased enemies. Also, Boo Bear (the cub) dies (during a war, if memory serves me correctly) and is later replaced by another cub. Maybe in the Shrek universe, some universal force created another Mama Bear ? Maybe Papa Bear remarried ? Maybe the original Papa Bear died and it's the cub from Shrek who is all grown-up in Puss In Boots 2 and he has a wife and a child ? Maybe that's the actual Bear family Goldylocks met - not the previous family ?
The only thing I can't get my mind around, is what if that since it's his last life than if he dies of age he won't come back. And that would make kitty and perrito deal with grief, and kitty has to live through that without him in multiple lives. Or when the cats die of age that's it, cause idk which
That's a pretty good question, I wonder if Puss is even able to die of old age if he still has extra lives left. Does he just respawn as a younger cat when dying of old age or what???
Almost like because a shooting star and birthday wish are two different things. Puss only said that so he could get away with not admitting it at the time. Normally with a shooting star is when you close your eyes and say it out loud or quietly
When you tell someone a wish it's just less likely to not come true, not guaranteed that it won't come true, get your facts straight before making a video.
So out of all Jack is the only one who already had his wish fulfilled but still had greed that led him to death while others really had unfulfilled wish which got fulfilled in the end.
I mean no, Jack didn't have all the magic in the world, he just had more magic than anyone else. Goldie did already have her wish, and Kitty was shown that she did have someone, but she didn't start with that, Puss learned that he didn't need all his lives, he needed to value the life he had left. Also the three characters only used birthday wish rules because they didn't want to share their wishes. Goldie didn't want to tell the bears that she was going to be selfish and use it for herself. Puss didn't want to have them see him as vulnerable because he still had the mentality of being a fearless hero in his head, Kitty didn't want to share her wish because Puss refused to share his and it showed her once again that she couldn't trust him, when that was her wish. Jack didn't mind sharing his wish with the Cricket because he liked tormenting the cricket, and he didn't care who knew what he wanted since he didn't have anything to hide, he was bad and he wasn't ashamed of that, it's part of the reason why he couldn't give up the wish at the end like the others.
Friends, I think the Cat's wish was not to be afraid of death; For Jack, it was drowning in magic and/or preventing anyone else from using it. Also, you didn't include Perrlto's humble wish, which came true with the journey itself. Finally, maybe those cooks wanted to die to get rid of Jack.
... Well, ... it all falls apart, when you immediately remember that neither of them actually used the wishing star ... If you say your wish out loud, then the wishing star itself won't grant you your wish. It obviously doesn't mean you will never, ever, achieve your goal by using other means than the wishing star.
Imagine having 9 lives and only one of those lives are worth living if I had nine lives if I die of a heart attack boom back to life he could live for 900 years if human
Don't you think she was also being selfish as possible because somehow it's pretty much depends on her actions that someone barely trusts her because she doesn't fully trust them or try to get to know them.
@@dogmadismantled I know she have been played, but she was mostly looking towards taking the wish for herself then just probably use it for a better reason to help another. She literally did not even trust the puppy even though he was just innocent and shown that he was filled with pure. That's probably why she has a hard time trusting another.
"every character had their wish come true in some way" Like you said "puss wished for his eight lives back", don't give us this splitting hairs nonsense about him getting something better and acting like it still counts towards "puss wished for his eight lives back", it doesn't ultimately the message for all of them is What you need vs what you want, since always chasing after one can distract from what you already have.
1. You're really reaching with this one. 2. The rule only states it won't come true if you turn around and actually wish for it. None of the characters actually made their intended wish. So, the rule doesn't apply.
"Maybe the wish was the journey we had along the way" pretty much sums it up
That quote making me tear up😭😭😭

"Needed"
Perrito literally wanted to be a therapy dog and he got that wish. He was a therapy dog to basically every character
Puss: Death is after me
Kitty: Lies
A few moments later
Death: I'm came for your soul
Kitty: So he wasn't lying
That's when Kitty realized she could trust him!
To be fair I don't know anyone that would believe you if you said death was coming to kill you
@@LordRazer3I mean puss only became retired because of death so it’s believable

Love how you mispelled Perrito... No, really, cuz that's diminutive of "pure" instead.

Tbf it’s only been…wait it’s been a year?
Ok
Technically the birthday wish rule was both true and false. everybody did end up getting their wish but not from the wishing star.
that one of the amazing things I like about this movie because it shows sometimes you should tell people what you want so that way you have more help and a better and higher chance of getting it
how everyone told their wish to someone and at the end it ended up helping them realize they already have it in front of them the whole time

Jack was so obsessed with wanting more, he didn't even realize what he had in front of him🥲🥲🥲
Bro this movie was so good
Yeah Idk how they went so hard with it but I'm excited for what they have next!
I still wonder how mother of the bears is alive, when we saw her being dead in Shrek 1
Bro wait 💀
Maybe someone used a magic fantasy thing to bring her back?
(That wording makes me sound 6 doesn't it?)

Me too, the way he admitted to Hicucp how he was wrong was great character development!
No it was the dog
But they didn’t actually wish for it with the star, they didn’t get their actual wishes come true
So no one got their wish
Don't you think she was also being selfish as possible because somehow it's pretty much depends on her actions that someone barely trusts her because she doesn't fully trust them or try to get to know them.
