Plz suggest a dry or extremely dry skin facewash, moisturizer etc.... ❤❤❤
For dry skin, as facewash, you can use the nivea facewash for dry skin, minimalist aquaporin cleanser, or cetaphil cleanser(I've very dry skin, but I just use the dove bar)
As for moisturizer, you can use the requil ceramide moisturizer, emolene, or minimalist moisturizer(I personally use nivea cause it's cheap and easily available where I live but these are my top budget friendly choices)

Can we use serum instead of toner??
Serum and toner are two different things and have different functions. Toner helps to maintain a pH of skin and remove soap residues while serum focuses on your skin concern. Actually, you need neither unless you have some skin issues like acne, tanning..... moisturizer, cleanser, and sunscreen is enough. But if u have akin concern to target on, I'd suggest you go with serums.
