Routine shown:
1️⃣. I first applied the @parachute_advansed onion hair oil on my scalp. This is lightweight and can be used overnight or for 2-3 hours pre shampoo. Avoid if you have a sensitive scalp, dandruff or psoriasis.

2️⃣. I went ahead with the @lovebeautyandplanet_in lavender shampoo. This is sulphate free, gentle yet lathers well and cleanses the scalp pretty well. I used this twice over to cleanse the oil thoroughly. I’m not sure if this can be used on chemically treated and hair so check with your stylist to be sure.

3️⃣. For conditioner/mask I showed two options, one is that of the @lorealparis hyaluron moisture conditioner and the other was the @palmersindia olive oil hair mask. Both are the same price and you could use either/or and even alternate between the both depending on how frizzy your hair are. I absolutely love both and think they work really well to soften the hair shaft.

4️⃣. Lastly, I’ve used the hair gloss serum by @streaxindia. This is definitely underrated and a really good serum for the price. I love the texture and it doesn’t make the hair oily. I used one pump of this.

Okay so the loreal conditioner has silicones in it which is not bad per say but silicones cannot be removed without sulphates and since you recommended a sulphate free shampoo it would lead to build up...just some food for thought

I’ve tried and I’ve tried and I’ve tried. A million natural, ayurvedic, costly, cheap EVERYTHING. But in the end if your mental health isn’t well enough your hair will fall. If you have that in your genes, even fricking transplant cannot fix it. And that’s okay. I’ve finally come to my peace with it and being Indian your hair means everything to you ik many of you relate. But in the end if you know that you can’t fix your hair… then fix your face.

That is my hair wash day routine as well. Sometimes I leave the oil overnight.
And I like to use blended oil for my hair. Plain coconut oil, castor oil, an anti-hairfall oil from brillare, 3-4 drops of rosemary essential oil and occassionally I add either fresh aloe vera leaf gel/ground fenugreek/hibiscus bud ❤️
My hair care routine consist of 1 rs clinic plus shampoo sachet and parashoot oil😁
Clinic plus shampoo is not sulphate free.
And mine of dove shampoo and mustard oil (sarson ka tel) 😂😂😂yet I have knee length, super shiny, silky, smooth hair with very high volume

I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more Vitamin C in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of adequate sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins daily. Using natural coconut plus onion based oil, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. This is good for hair fall control.

The under 1000k series is extremely beneficial and under budget for most of us
Love all the products mentioned in the video.. but make sure if you're using Sulphate-free shampoo then only use silicone free conditioner and hair serum. Without using sulphate you cannot remove the silicone build over on your hair and scalp.

Make sure you’re going to use a clarifying shampoo once every 2-4 weeks if you’re going to use a sulphate free shampoo and a conditioner with silicones.

Try B blunt curly hair shampoo and conditioner...it is formulated with organic coconut water. ..that gently quenches your curl with out stripping off their actual moisture
The more you apply conditioners, serums the more your hair is prone to damage
Conditioners i don't think so..
@@sushmamondal9765 conditioners contain nitrogen based detergent. It's okay if you apply it for occasion or something, but using it on a daily basis gonna damage your hair.

I have super dry and frizzy hair. I've ordered the loreal hyaluronic conditioner and streax serum right now and will update you after use:-
Edit 1 (17/01/2023) : My nykaa package is a little late so hang on😭
Edit 2 (18/01/2023) : I just received the products and am going to oil my hair with coconut oil for 2-3 hrs.
I used dove daily shine shampoo and applied the loreal conditioner and kept it for 10 mins and washed it.
I towel dried my hair and applied the streax serum while my hair still had 30-40% water because it suggests on the bottle to apply on damp hair.
Edit 3 (18/01/2023 night) - the conditioner works fine and made my hair smooth and soft. But I don't know about the serum because my hair is still frizzy but less than usual
So here are my ratings:-
Conditioner - 3.8/5
Serum- 2.7/5
Will update you further in the week.
Ok so I tried the serum again with my hair Fully dry and it worked really well so don't apply while damp but when it's fully dry. New rating 3.4/5 for the serum.
Edit 4 (20/01/2023) - It's been 3 days since I used the conditioner and omg it's still super soft and shiny my final review for the conditioner is 4.5/5. You can absolutely try this. The serum is okish for me as it doesn't control the frizziness that much but you can give it a go.
Note- My hair used to be always dry and like hay and straws but it's super soft. I haven't used any straightener or curler till this day neither had any hair treatments done or any coloration so if you style your hair with heating products it will make your hair even more pretty 💝

@@rashmisagar4364 no sorry, but I think any oil will work. The main product for softness of the hair is the conditioner so as long as you have that any oil should be fine.

loved this! even though I don't know if I will use the same products, but my basic routine is the same...Oil, shampoo, Conditioner (mask once a week) , Serum when dried... above all good diet...this basic routine helped me get rid of dandruff and frizzy hair to a good extent... I think my diet helped the most

This is my hair are routine :
1 Comb my hair for 5 mins then detangle
Use a hair oil and I massage into my scalp for 10 mins
I Oil my ends
I dampen my hair and I put a hair mask on ends and mids ( I let it sit for 1 hour
I then rinse it all out and then I double shampoo or shampoo once ( my scalp isn’t always oily but if I feel that it is Ido double shampoo )
Then I put conditioner on my ends and mids and a very very thin layer of conditioner on my scalp ( I don’t scrub it in and I also scrub my body while I wait )
I then rinse it out and after im done I put hair oil on ends
I Then Spray hair perfume on my hair

My headcare routine is ayurvedic oil followed up with hibiscus and amla Bhringraj shampoo....for conditioner i used Indus valley ayurvedic lotion....it works wonders....my hairstylist is always impressed by my shiny soft hair

well i have frizzy and unevenly wavy and curly hair and could never manage my hair properly untill i used Tresemme keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner and the exact same serum in my hair and that worked well now i use wow onion shampoo and conditioner and the serum to get the exact result without the sulfate
