THIS !! All the complaints come from those chronically online users even some of her “fans”. The shows’ selling out, critics are giving raving reviews but these dweebs want to flame her for having no energy

Haters comes from all fanbase. Even Mariah fans hates other singers like JLo, etc.. She maybe still around but she's relying on pre recorded tracks to lipped on. Sounds metallic with the new pre recorded tracks.

Saw her 4/26/24. Came out 7 minutes late. She was fun, energetic, voice was great and the audience was loving every minute of it.

I saw her perform. She is still fabulous!! I am a die-hard fan, crazy nuts about Mariah since I was little. She still coming thru with her high notes, and she looked so healthy and beautiful!! She gave me an autograph and I am loving it!! ❤️
I was at the show yesterday (04-17-24, W). I have NEVER seen Mariah any better than she was last night, and I have seen her 3 times previously (all in Vegas). Her voice, which in the past has been choppy at times, was smooth as a greased baby's butt and she looked STUNNING; keep in mind she is now 55 years old! She also seems happier than at any time that I can remember; you can tell how much she is enjoying what she does and I am glad that she is happy now. With all the big mega-tours/residencies that have taken place in the last couple years (e.g. Taylor, Beyonce, SZA, Pink, Madonna, Adele) and with those yet to come (e.g. JLo, Lainey Wilson, Olivia Rodrigo, Shakira, Kacey Musgraves), this one seems to have kind of come out of nowhere and become an incredibly pleasant surprise. And I just saw Toni Braxton at the Cosmo on 04-27-24 (Sa), and she was another incredibly pleasant surprise!! 😍

@jam3srandall It began at 8:15 pm, a mere 15 minutes after the listed start time. Despite that, quite a few idiots (many of them drunk, stoned, or both) continued to enter until 8:45 pm, stepping and falling all over people while struggling to find their seats in the dark.

Thank you for your reviews! I wanted to clarify that Stella, Mariah's crazy ex-manager, was in charge of her career back in 2015 - 2017. Unfortunately, she controlled everything, forcing Mariah to work and wear outfits that made her look uncomfortable. You can tell now that Mariah is genuinely happy and more comfortable

She did amazing...she blew me away...there were so many great moments unexpected surprises...her vocal moments were amazing and singing songs she didn't sing in years or ever
I was at the Wednesday show too and the voice, face, and body and the engagement with the fans signing things and giving them back and singing a fans hand so he can get it tattooed. Just amazing.

You were boiling my blood at first because Mariah Carey is and has always been my most favorite artist. It's my lifelong dream to one day see her in concert. Gosh how I wish I could see her concert one day. So when you had negative things to say about her would mean to me that you don't really know her know her if you get what I mean. Then you explained how she did real well and details of the show. I could imagine how the whole concert went. I am right there with you in my mind. Lol I'm glad that you told what you saw and had nice a nice review to tell as you saw it. One day I'm going to be there too. I can only wish😊 Anyway thank you for your review as I was able to picture in my minds eye how the concert went. Now, you must go to her Christmas concert because you'll absolutely love it! Thank you for this unbiased, honest review… There is a lot of negative about the show over on Twitter mostly from trolls that weren’t even at the show. I was there opening night in 405. I was a bit disappointed to be up so high, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. I’ve been a huge fan since her debut in 1990, but I’m not so jaded to know when she’s off and sounds terrible, but it happens to everyone. I think she gets so much crap because of just how good she is, she’s set the bar very high for herself and when she misses it she gets raked over the coals. She was definitely ON and so was her mic. I had a few small disappointments but overall I was extremely happy with my first time seeing her!! It was overall a great show.

I love her new show. It was amazing. When the first videos her fans uploaded of the show came out there were already hate comments before they hit 1k views. I’m glad someone who is a casual fan can appreciate her show and put the hate to rest.

I was very scared when I heard that Mariah was relaunching a tour in Las Vegas, because I personally believe that she no longer has the voice to perform in concerts. But I was pleasantly surprised. I believe that her Christmas show, as well as the success of her Christmas song, gave her enormous self-confidence. She is very inspiring because she never fails. Many would have thrown in the towel after the slightest scandal, the slightest false note, but Mariah never gives up.
Clearly she can still perform live in concert. She has vocal nodules which contribute to her rasp.
This show is incredible!! Mimi did not disappoint! She’s serving vocals, gowns, and visuals!! 😍😍

The only thing she’s serving is tight gowns, stiff walking and completely lip syncing every single song.
Despite her being a prolific songwriter with most hits, it would be fun to use her singing talent to cover more songs from others for her shows, like one from a British band, one from country music, etc. To me “Forever” sounds like with some Japanese flavor.

Copperfield is okay. Personally I was disappointed when I saw David Blaine you can find my review. But he's moved venues and I heard it's a better show now. I have not seen Criss Angel it's on my list:-)

i love the setlist, and the production is probably her best for vegas so far in my opinion! did her energy seem a bit off during the show? the fans have been worried about that because in comparison to 2022, and early to mid 2023 her stage presence has been more tame than usual. just wondering about how she came off in real life, or if that was noticable at all
I didn't know how she was before.. But thought her energy was fine. She was joking and interacting with fans in the front... If that's toned down that might be a good thing so she doesn't come off crazy lol

Also her dancers definitely need to actually dance and not clown around. They kind of half ass it. For Mariah’s level, the back up dancers could definitely be better. If she gets amazing back up dancers that actually feel the music and groove to the music and perform with depth and perfection, then her whole show would be so much better.
The sound got so terrible when I saw her a couple days ago. Her vocals were phenomenal, but their sound guy messed up and the second half was shit distortion of heavier drums or bass or whatever it was that drowned everything wide out. So sad that nobody watched the quality of the most important thing - the sound!!
from the videos i've seen, she's lowered the key on a bunch of songs so she's a lot more comfortable singing them and adding some new arrangements, which makes them more enjoyable to listen to.

The key is lowered for those moments when the mic is on. There’s also live backing vocals. The track is prerecorded in what I suspect is more her recent voice so the key is lowered.

You dont know if she is going to sound like shit ? Out of the 34 years of Mariah performing how many times have you seen Mariah performing badly? 5 times out of thousand performances? Mariah is like Michael Jordan. At her worst she still is better than everyone else. Same with Whitney. There are few, except Celine/ Aretha that will be able to sing like them and no one respects them. Oh everyone will love their music and even sample their tracks, but people never give them the proper respect that they deserve. The world lost 1 beautiful artist because of the stress, anxiety and depression that Whitney had to go through because of haters. Honestly, Mariah seems depressed and forced to act, the truth is understandable because we know everything that has happened and what affects her today, but it does sadden me to see that she has decided to do almost the entire show with lip synchronization, something that I did not expect, because she performed very well in November and December of last year, although I have deduced and reached a conclusion, the future album has demanded so much of her vocally and mentally, that all she wants now is to stop breaking her nerves voice, I seriously hope that it is that and that in a few months or the following year it will infect us with joy. Yes, although some think and say that she doesn't have to prove anything, we all think that she looks better with a smile than with a bitter gesture.
