However, within this video Asmon states clear expectation about what it takes to get un-banned, but then doesn't hold this user 6:10 to those exceptions. The user blamed Blizzard for what they did. They did not take responsibility for their actions, apologize, or state that they wouldn't do it again. There should have been no coin flip. The user didn't meet the qualifications. Also, if you are finding instances where your criteria aren't giving you a clear idea of whether someone should be un-banned, then you're criteria likely need to adjusted. Leaving instances like that to chance delegitimizes the process.
