I agree. Some RV floorplans are obviously for a retired couple. It could be a 40 footer and still look like it's for a couple and maybe a visitor or two. Some with showers exposed in the middle of the hallway lol. This one screams "family." A family with a range if kids from elementary through high school.
Great to see a 2 full bedroom layout. I think the 2nd bedroom for the kids should be in the middle (keeping the slider) and the Master Bedroom should be in the back with a separate full bathroom. I'm sure they can add another slider in the back, but on the same side as the the living room, or even on the same side as the 2nd bedroom slider. Or make a "hallway", so it's less intrusive for the parents.

Seeing this gives me hope that my dream layout will come. We need a second area that will work as an office every day but can double as a guest room the very few times we have a guest or two. I’d want to replace the sofa with theatre seating and the dinette with a smaller one with the TV over it instead of off to the side. Still love it though.
What a unique layout indeed! Havent seen this one before. The pantry is too shallow for cereal boxes tho lol. Unless you want them to display flat. But this is so perfect for a young family or someone needing an office etc.
If they make this into a diesel pusher and have the bunk bed large enough for someone 6'2", I'd would be selling my 5th wheel and F450 to get this. My son has special needs and will always be with us, so making sure he has a large enough bed is priority when looking at RVs.

The only thing that kills me is the step up shower. I know my knees won't do it on certain days lol sheesh I feel old admitting that lol!
King bed? didn't look like a King, more like a RV Queen. Otherwise would be perfect for my wife and I to work from home situation. I would convert the back bedroom for an office and then the L shape for another office. I like it!

Good video. Couple things I noticed is the size of the awning was not addressed. Also the SnapPads were mentioned too however when I plug in this motor home, the name and 36Y did not come up. The height of the toilet is not for short people nor having to get up in the shower seems to be a hazard. Another video I saw on this, anyone over 5’8 might have trouble showering. The person was 5’6 and near touching the roof inside the shower.
Nice floor plan, outside and inside storage, and upgraded chassis. Would love to know the OCCC... Has to be great. The odd thing why a 2000 watt inverter? The difference between a 2000 and a 3000 is insignificant cost-wise but very significant user-wise. 2000 Watts doesn't match the quality and power usage of this coach. Mike did an awesome job.
I am surprised at the lack of storage underneath. In our Accolade we have a ton of storage. Our Lectric bike would never fit in there, nor our solo stove, barely our blackstone. Our bays re huge.
Any idea when this unit will actually land on customer hands or dealer lots? Don’t see any listed even as pre-ordered on most major RV dealers who carry Fleetwood.
As this is a brand new model, there aren't many 2023 versions available. Dealers can order 2024 versions now. They will be available early spring and summer.
the only thing i can say is i dont like the black countertops and that rear window in the kids rear room. safety reasons for me and i dont like the washer combo in the kids room too but hey its nice!

There is a portion near the top that passes through to the other side of the coach, allowing for longer items like fishing poles, ladders, skis, etc. 😉

When looking for snap pads the leveling system used is what is important to the fit.

We have seen the decline of quality in the Tiffin brand. The cabinets are ugly, just my thoughts.
