It’s all Gas Monkeys and Richards fault for that!! Your giving us one hell of a show to enjoy and learn from and we love what your doing!! Just keep doing what you’ve been doing and we’ll keep doing our part! We love you guys and can’t wait for each video and love all the variety you guys are bringing us!! Richard, do you have any shop contacts in the NC area by chance? I’ve got a truck I need someone to put an engine in for me and cause of the virus, I can’t find a shop that will do it due to manpower shortages. I’m a disabled Desert Storm Vet and just had my 14th surgery and just can’t do the big jobs like that on my own anymore and I’ve been without a vehicle now for two years cause of it. It’s an easy job for someone. It’s an old Jeep Grand Wagoneer with the 360 and I have another running engine here and I just need the old one pulled, pull the new one from the donor, and drop it in. I may be losing my home now so I need to get the truck running and driving so I can just camp out in it this summer. Any ideas on anyone in central NC that can help a guy out?? You guys take care, be safe, and keep bringing us these outstanding videos!! You make our days much easier to cope with guys!!
RR is a stand up guy and this series is much better, more raw and dialed out than his previous show. A couple of buddies and I ran into him at Barrett Jackson, he was totally cool and took a picture with us, even though he was extremely busy and I dropped my beer while taking the picture and had to re-take another one, he was / is as cool as you can get. Great show Sir, we appreciate you.
Gas monkey show got Hollywood. Cheap and cheesy. It was about the cars. Then it became about making big money doing nothing and promoting beer. I couldn't watch it after first season or two. Do better Richard.
@@jeremysales1232 he’s doing much better than when discovery was dictating what he would do for a paycheck. The platform he’s on now is ever evolving and he’s doing a great job. I love watching this show. I was born into the carlife. Before I was old enough to even be in kindergarten/school my aunt watched over me while my parents went to work. It wasnt till I heard the rumble of a big block outside bieng started up at her house that I learned that my pops worked inside the huge mechanic shop on the property next to the doublewide trailler I was at across the gravel road. The noise was coming from a old 70 something monte carlo that was sitting up on a tall old flat bed towing trailer. I believe it had 07 painted on the door. I had never heard or seen anything like it. I was probably 4 years old. Come to find out my dad had built race car that I hadnt never seen before I was young and I lived in a trailer park and you couldnt have a racecar in the neighborhood I later found out. Ive been hooked on cars ever since. And I still love it.

That bronco was nice and original..cars like that are my favourite, original paint is such a blessing because it means there are no nasty surprises lurking underneath that have been hidden with bondo. What you see is what you get.

Richard. There aren't many sounds that can beat the sound of an old wooden screen door slammin shut ,but when you got back to the shop and out of the Ford pick up truck (5:53 ) on your test ride you shut that door ,it had one of those sounds. That don't sell trucks but it sure sounds good.

as a guy that worked in an auto body shop as a painter for 35 years fipps is right about the petina, whenever i see a show where they clear it i think they just doubled the cost of a nice paint job. just clear coating rust wont make rust go away and it will continue to rust and when the clear starts peeling off it will look worse.
