how to slow walk in pc version?

You have to like ever so slightly tap the arrow key buttons, I think it wasn't working with WASD. Like the TINNIEST of taps, not frequent either. It's BS but possible thankfully.
I used a virtual controller program and set a random button on the keyboard to do +25% right on the left stick and just pressed that
