    Rebecca and Justin,
know that this advice is given out of concern. I know healthy living is a top priority please have your family tested for parasites like hookworms and roundworms they can be transmitted to humans via livestock or pets, and can go in detected. With love and best intentions.

G’day Justin Jonah Josiah PLEASE COULD YOU REPAIR THE FLOORBOARD IN THE HORSE TRAILER BEFORE USING IT AGAIN PLEASE!
Lily’s concern is spot on…. This could be an absolute horrendous veterinary expensive accident in the making… to be nipped in the bud by preventative maintenance.
    Good jobs done well team..

You have to be careful with horses on grass because they can’t throw up. That means that you have to work them on to it by starting at 15 minutes a day and adding 15 minutes a day until they are on it full time.

Hi Justin & Family, I thoroughly enjoy your videos. We have about 25 acres of farm land, literally only used to grow wheat but planted Alfalfa this year to pull up nutrients. The goal is pasture for animals. I see such great ideas from you and your families videos, thank you so much for your videos and sharing what you have learned. I am wondering about "Hay Bombing". I heard that "Grazon" for weed control has been a real problem and if was used to grow the hay, it will kill any future plants. Are you aware of this at all? Thanks again, "Happy Day"!

I bake chicken pieces on a rack. That way the grease doesn't stay on the chicken. My stove uses propane instead of electricity. Propane is really expensive so I prepay the gas company at $50 a month. The only thing on it is the gas stove. Everything else, water heater and the furnace are electric. When I lived in Segno (a mile off the pavement on a kaliche-clay road, surrounded by pine forest from 1985-1994 I had a gas water heater that snakes liked to get in with and sticking my head into that space to light the pilot was scary for me). Southeast Texas is known for snakes.

That's the worst hay I have ever seen. Yes I do know about hay. Around here people have so many large bales in a pile that you get insurance on them. We have seen to many combusting fires in the stack in these parts so we too have taken out insurance on our hay. It's just to much money to not have the insurance. The boys took there outdoor boots off but it seems as if the children who walk through the areas with manure and chicken poo barefoot come right on in.

The hay bombing on the front lawn of the cabin looks like it went well. Henry looks so happy on his John Deere car! Wow, those floors are beautiful! Great, cover it over to protect it! Nice big bathroom for the boys. I'm glad you're getting to castrating the boy piglets. We had a boar we couldn't castrate because he had a hernia and castrating him would kill him. We don't have the gene that makes you taste boar taint so he was delicious. Pig parts to chickens. Of course Beefcake has to break his waterer because he's getting ignored when the boy piglets were being castrated. Nice job covering the floors boys! Lily making banana bread! Wonderful you cleaned the house up for Rebekah's return! Yum, crispy baked chicken! Rice crispie bars as a treat for the kids! You're a great mom Rebekah! Thanks for this video Rhodes family!
