I may make another Anji video at some point, although I do think this character is poorly designed and rewards you for not thinking. In the meantime, watch match videos of the many good Anji players like Woocash and test their combos in training mode.
In my opinion, ABA Jam and Order Sol are more of gorilla characters than Anji. Despite what Jiyuna says about him. I already have some ABA videos, but people have been requesting Jam, so I might look into her next.
LONG LIVE PLUS R. i love the fact they didnt force every character in just one category. autoguard was amazing. fuck strive. this beautiful unique character butchered. thanks for the vid
I plan to do every character, but Zappa and Faust in particular tend to bug the game out online, so I'm waiting for the game to be completely patched before tackling those characters. From what I know about Zappa, here's the breakdown: Step 1) Get balls Step 2) Throw balls Definitely make sure to watch Kazunoko's streams on youtube. He plays Zappa sometimes.
I mean, I explain it in the video, but I'll explain it here, too. During some of Anji's move's, he is "automatically guarding" at certain points during the move's animation. If he is hit with an attack during this time, the animation plays out as if he were blocking, except, instead of going into the blocking animation, he continues with the animation of the attack he was doing. The result is something similar to an invincible attack, because it lets Anji attack later than the opponent but still get the hit. Potemkin has a similar property on his charged Hammerfall attack. If it's a standing attack, it will only auto-guard high and mid attacks. If it's a crouching attack, it will only auto-guard low attacks. Anji also has a few special moves (Sou and Kou) which are performed by pressing a button as he auto-guards an attack. Most of Anji's command normal attacks have auto-guard, but some of his normals and specials do, too.
Very underrated channel, I love all your +r tutorials so far, they are really helpful. Can't wait for more!
I was looking for an Anji guide online today, and lo and behold, you uploaded this one! Thank you so much!
No problem. Although this is more of a move list overview than a guide on how to play him. Check out the dustloop wiki for even more information.
This was a very well put together video
Thank you, I think it's very important for tutorials to have general structure. This one is really just going over the move list, though.
bruh thank you for the tutorial
lots of info that i didnt know and well edited ;D
Glad I could help
Thanks, I really appreciate it, looking forward to learning the game more. You have a new subscriber!
Loved the guide, super pumped for Anji when he comes out
Keep them coming. Even guides covering characters I don't play help me fight them better.
I'm working on a new character now, actually.
To be honest, they feel like ABA but better, just not as cool. I'll let you theorize who it is.
@@Moqlnkn Can I wait patiently instead? Great job on Anji, he looks much more interesting than I thought.
Great way of thinking!
Heck yeah. These guides are super helpful.
thank you doing this really helped me a lot. wish you went over his optimal combos

@@Moqlnkn lol maybe this why feel like the character was made for me. again thank you for the content
The forward taunt into low. That's disgusting! Can't wait to use that online lol.
Nice, thanks for the video.

Can there be a zappa guide in the mix?

@@Moqlnkn ah yeah because of the rng, that makes sense. glad to hear youre planning on everyone!
can someone explain to me how autoguard works?
I mean, I explain it in the video, but I'll explain it here, too.
