I tried everything and nothing worked in time and been stable for me. I went for broadband wire connection at last and it was a time taking process.
You may not believe but internet works on temporary basis during internet bans. It actually worked for many people in my city. Go to a remote tower 3-10 kms away from the home. Put phone on flight mode and back to online, now switch on data. It should work.
