    4:45 Those are cell nucleuses. It's basically the brain of the cell. It contains chromesomes and DNA and it also gives order to the cell when to divide

    Is it good for fungus( fruit tree fungus)? I want to use it in my orchard to detect fungus and cure it accordingly. Please help.

      To be honest, I'm not exactly sure. The images from it are pretty good at 250x, but I'm not familiar with the magnification you need for fungus.

    7:45 Nectar, not pollen!!!!
    Really though, great video! Crazy that such a high quality scope is so cheap, I'm definitely picking one up soon.

      Only other thing I'll say is that it would be cool to see more examples of using it out in the field without slides :)

      Thanks for the correction! And yeah it's been a fun tool to use outside, I'll have to follow up with a video on that in the future!

    • @TysonFromRespiratory
      @TysonFromRespiratory  11 місяців тому

      Thank you! I think the only way to keep that on is to press and hold the uv button. Haven't found any other way yet

    UV light switch has to be held or the light turned off,is it defective?

    Which purpose I will use UV light?

    • @TysonFromRespiratory
      @TysonFromRespiratory  3 місяці тому

      It will give you a different contrast to view. Just like how black and white filters show detail better.

    • @BorAction
      @BorAction Місяць тому

      Uv light is not for viewing through the microscope, it's just like a flashlight to look at hidden stuff like on currency

      @@TysonFromRespiratoryThe peripheral blood film (PBF) is a laboratory work-up that involves cytology of peripheral blood cells smeared on a slide. As basic as it is, PBF is invaluable in the characterization of various clinical diseases. This article highlights the basic science and art behind the PBF.Found this on Google hope this helps btw good video i also bought one it's amazing
