    Ingredients
    Neymeen para fish - 1 kg
    Ginger - 1 nos
    Garlic - 5 or 6 nos
    Shallots - 9 to 10 nos
    Green chilli - 3 nos
    Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
    Tomato - 2 nos
    Red chilli powder - 1 ½ tbsp.
    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    Kashmiri Chilly Powder -2 tbsp
    Coconut Oil - 3 or 4 tsp
    Coriander Powder -2tbsp
    Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
    Method
    Firstly ,we have to cut , clean and wash ,set aside.
    Take a bowl add water ,soak them well.
    Then we have to crush ginger and garlic set aside.
    Take a bowl add red chilli powder and water ,mix them well and set aside.
    Heat oil in a pan
    Add chopped shallots ,green chilli ,curry leaves and ginger garlic paste ,saute them well lets them cooked
    Then add chopped tomato and saute till they become soften.
    Then pour red chilli water mix and combine them well.
    Add turmeric powder and salt saute them well.
    Then add soaked and cleaned Neymeen para fish ,mix ,cover and cook them well.
    Finally sprinkle some curry leaves and cook for five minutes.
    Remove from fire and set aside.
    Serve and enjoy spicy fish curry with boiled tapioca or meals.
