Well the starting part of the song was a tribute to his friend - the lyricist, Mr Ajay Jinghran, who wrote the song he sings later...the song itself is a song from the 2012 movie Agneepath...the lyrics you were reading were for the song...and not for the tribute part...so the translation you were looking at did not have the translation for chalki-chalki....chalki chalki is like a swift light breeze in literal translation
