Looks great--love brownies! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
@sonyavs455 That looks good. Moist and crumbly. I like the walnuts too. Love the backstory too. If you do get some eggshell when breaking the eggs then the best way to fish them out is to use the edge of the largest piece of eggshell that's left.
I guess I'm different, cutesy stories means nothing to me. I'm only interested in the quality of the brownies. Very disappointed to see you cut the edges off. There's a time for that. But brownies are not it. Also, the parchment lining interferes with the development of the best crust. Nonetheless, I did find your video nice. You're very easy and pleasant to watch. Best Wishes.

@sonyavs455 I did have a brownie recipe that you could make in the microwave. It only took around 4 minutes in total, but I lost the recipe. 😭
