Cash btw to prevent getting injured, it's healthier to have a higher fat percentage, it won't look as good but it will help you have more energy in the gym as well as reduce inflamation and it will help your cells create resistant membranes to avoid being broken down to the point where you risk getting injured easily. That way you can push a lil bit harder when working out. 12% to 15% is healthier than 10% and still looks pretty good.

The reason you lost weight but your body fat percentage went up is because you lost muscle. Missing one healthy meal a day and the gym on multiple days is probably the reason for the muscle loss and obviously the fatty chicken is why your fat percentage went up
