      You are a real ronu activist, largest this, biggest that are always ever present in your vacuous posts. Except when you are typing your favourite clines: Port Harcourt is not Igboland; Asaba is not Igboland and your other ignorant, coping phrases that keep you happy.

      You shouldn't compare Ogun state with Lagos as the latter has a considerable influx of people than the former. Lagos has a substantial number of 25 to 30 million people compared to 700k to 1.5 million in Ogun. If Ogun state has the same population as Lagos, then, a comparison would have been logical. The rationale behind the substantial numbers of people in Lagos is nothing else than the endless opportunities that it offers in Nigeria. Even with the considerable influx of people in Lagos, there are neighborhoods in Lagos that are far cleaner than Nigeria cities with lower population density.

    • @suntanglory
      @suntanglory 4 дні тому

      @SegunMichael-t5q Apart from the island l dont see other part that are much better in lagos than other states.The airport and seaport is the only reason people are forced to move and settle in lagos state.If other airports and seaports in Nigeria are allowed to operate there would be less need for Nigerians to troop to lagos..Even the bank headquarters,oil companies headoffices should be moved from lagos,it would help lagos state..

      Where is the proof that Lagos has 25-30 million people?
      When they say do census now, una no go gree.
      But una still cite fantastic figures. Soon someone will claim that Kano in the margin of the Sahara desert has 40 million people Oh yes since they claim Kano is more populated than Lagos. When you ask them why Niger republic twice the size of Nigeria and same characteristics as Kano has only 26 million people, dem go stay mute. All na pure lie, flipping hyperbole.

    Ogun state is trying too,considering it has other cities like sagamu,shongo otta,ljebu ode and other towns apart from Abeokuta the capital city.Most of the negative things people hear about Nigeria is 90 percent lagos state really.Most people will be surprised by the real Nigeria if they actually visit other states,away from the chaos that is lagos state.😅I keep saying what most people in the diaspora are looking for is not in lagos state but other states in Nigeria.If only these other states can be themselves,take advantage of the chaos that is lagos and develop a calmer,cleaner state..Thank you.

      You guys should try to be fair to Ogun state sha. All the areas you mentioned are meant to be rural areas but grew too fast. Without federal money to build infrastructure statewide, it's always going to be difficult. How many states in Nigeria has many separate cities with large populations like Ogun? Even almighty FG hasn't built the whole of FCT but only focused on Abuja itself. Other than Lagos, I dare say no other state has statewide infrastructure development like Ogun (even though they are in a sorry state). Most just focus on the state capital and one other city.
      I think only SE states come closest in terms of multi cities, but they are all small in size compared to Ogun.
      That said, the state really needs to change approach of funding projects. Depending on allocations to do that will not get them anywhere at all
