Once again, great work. The one stop shop for authentic truthful Lagos infrastructures news. Maintain the integrity of your channel because it could be used for research and learning. If Lagos is able to sort out its infrastructure issues and truly becomes a mega state like other mega cities around the world, it will be the highest of achievement and exemplary
This is great progress.. BUT...... Massive projects but cant address consistent electricity in the state (Im here and all I hear and smell are generators)... "Massive Projects" but cant address proper drainage and issue with open sewers in the state... do the small things first before embarking on the bigger stuff (bigger items need the small items for said big items to even work correctly)
Lekki port, Dangote refinery shouldn’t be added anymore since they’re done, blue line should be tagged phase 2 as well as red line a so it won’t give confusion and you also forgot the Lagos arena. Good job nevertheless
The blue and red line are not fully completed. The phase 2 is ongoing, mile 2 to Okokomiko for the blue line while the red will connect Oyongbo to Marina.
@damiadebayo6634 yeah but I didn't have enough footage moreover the video is getting lengthy than I projected There more projects ..I'll make another list in future videos
@oparahugochukwu6548 construction has commenced since October though I've not visited the site I can't tell the level of construction progress is expected to be completed in the ending of 2025 as announced by LASG
What will happen to Lagos with climate change? Lagos is built on a sand bar. I looked for real soil in Lagos city and only found sand. The Lekki Conservation center is a swamp.
Lagos film city won't be necessary in a world were you can generate movies with open ai Sora or Google's video model veo 2 this project will be dead on arrival
@luciususiholo6956 I Think the project wouldn't be that bad even we have other AI alternatives but having a film city in Lagos especially a place like Epe will open the community for investment opportunities and bring attention to Lagos and most importantly even with the AI alternatives the film city will be very busy that's if well managed...my honest opinion I respect your opinion too and is valid 💯 overall the goal is for them to bring the project to realization then other things will follow cos last time I was on the site nothing is going on there

Is Lagos the only place in Nigeria that deserve modern amenities and development? How about other capital cities in other states?
other states are trying in their own capacity
Imagining d amount of houses d 4th main bridge 🌉 will take off 😢 No futuristic plan right from the beginning now resulting to impossibility.
That is a very valid point.
@Justozed land and survey agencies or ministries in Lagos State are nonsense and useless. Many of them lacks futuristic goals and integrity.
Dangote refinery is already out na😅
You forgot the arena

I thought they have finished the rehabilitation of National Theatre.
Please am I wrong?
working still is on going but basically outside the theatre the interior is almost completed
It's Lagos, nothing gets fully finished 😂
Nice but work your phonics.
@binigotmc8891 thank you for the feedback 💗
