Gday Geoff, many thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the Exchange rate (compare to Canada) as well as the terrible shipping costs made me think I should make one myself. I actually had many of the bits lying around but thought it worthy of taking note of the part numbers during a visit to Home Depot should anyone be interested. Also the part I showed is for a Rostyle type hold down and I was uncertain if the same would fit my wire wheel as the hub protrudes quite significantly when compared to the steel rim. All in all it was a fun thing to do and I paint it over the summer.....cheers again
Improvement idea - if you are concerned with losing the washer and the hold down nut then simply tack weld them to the hold down plate itself
