      I think you'll use it a couple times then never touch it again. It's one of those things that probably works somewhat well but most people will quickly get tired of the gimmick.

    Those would be perfect to meal prep a bunch, freeze, and then pop in an air fryer whenever you want them. I'm definitely buying one of these

      If they're cheap and you're actually going to 'meal prep', then you might as well buy several of them, so you don't spend 13 hours cooking one at a time.

      @@hxhdfjifzirstc894well, they cost over a hundred dollars, and take up quite a bit of cabinet space (and even more space on the countertop as they need room to “flip”) so buying “a ton” of the waffle makers wouldn’t make sense economically, or in terms of efficiency, which are the prime reasons for meal prepping in large quantities (other than diet/nutrition) and other than some keto recipes, I’m not seeing this as a huge diet friendly kitchen gadget. It’s doesn’t take that long to cook, if someone want to make 4-6 it would take probably 30ish minutes.

    I've had it for like 3 years and it's amazing. You can get creative as hell with it, chocolate chips, bacon, eggs, prosciutto, any cheese, any ham, any jam, fruits, etc.
    Costed me like $25 bucks

    Pour maple syrup on a thin baking tray, throw it in the freezer. Break it into small pieces & stick them into the batter after pouring into the iron.

      If I ever use syrup again, I want to remember this. I mainly use peanut butter when having French Toast, pancakes, or waffles at home. The latter two not very often as I am mainly #TeamFrenchToast

    My father in law discovered the stuffler a few years ago and it is now a family tradition to have a stuffler breakfast while on family vacation!! It’s always a win and we try to make the craziest concoctions 😂😂

      It's because the jam and fresh berries have too much water. The batter gets wetter as the water cooks out.

    We bought this certain it was going to be a cheap gimmick and then return it once we realized it didn’t work. We made two items and I fell in love, this thing is so freaking cool. Especially if you want to take something on the go. if I am feeling extra gluttonous, I like to stuff it with mozzarella, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. Then I dip it in warm pizza sauce as I eat it. So freaking good.

    I have a stuffed waffle maker by power xl. We do all kinds of different flavors. If you use more wet ingredients use less waffle mix. The moisture makes it not cook evenly. We love ours! All you need is one and your full too!

    You need to cook the first layer longer before adding liquid or viscous ingredients. That way the inner batter will cook when you add the cooler liquid. OR make sure the berries and jam aren’t cold when put into the batter would help with this.

    I've made a kind of corndog with cornbread mix and quartered hot dogs. They were wonderful. Also stuffing and turkey. That was pretty good. My kids said they were great with cranberry sauce added.

    My hubby bought this for Christmas morning breakfast and we love it. But yeah, the non solid fillings don’t cook as evenly, but we absolutely love this thing! We even made cheeseburger waffles. Sooooo good!

    If you had stuck with just jam, you probably wouldn't have had a problem with consistency. I'm guessing the juice from the fresh berries were the problem.

      The jam must be way thicker than the waffle mix. Otherwise as soon as it heats it mixes with the waffle mix.

      I have some blackberries that accidentally froze and a bunch of juice came out of them. So now I’m gonna throw THOSE into the Stuffler waffles and see if that fixes it?
      If not. I’ve got ground chicken to make some chicken sausage so instead of chicken and waffles I’ll have chicken IN waffles

    The thing is, once you get a device like a stuffer, you gotta be a stuffer guy. You gotta think about making breakfast with your stuffer, you gotta start inserting the stuffer into your routine. It's not a gadget that'll adapt to someone's routine, it's the other way around.

    You could try mixing the jam and berries with flour to make a sort of shortbread filling. Maybe keep it a bit heavier on the jam to make it more tart...

    I will always remember that Tom Colicchio's personal home cooking trick is often to put leftovers in a waffle iron. He basically uses a waffle iron to reheat and remix.

    I have 2 of them. I bought 1 for my niece, then another 1, but at a higher price… there was a price increase. She entertains a lot and a very active and close family. It takes at least 6 to 7 minutes each. By the time the last person gets 1bit would be over an hour. The 2 of them, 2 children and their wives, 2+4=6 then add grandchildren another 3.5 (1 baby), 2+4+3=10….. at the time the baby was only a few months old. She loves it.

      Wait for a sale. At the time I bought mine, it was normally $70 USD, which I'd never pay. I had it in my save for later list, which I check frequently. One random day it was listed for half price, at $35. Moved it to my cart and bought it immediately. Can't say it's one of my favorite items of all time, but at half price I'd buy it again. Full price, nope, I'd have to pass.

    I have a stuffler. There's a little trial and error with some recipes, but man oh man are there some deliciously fattening things you can make with it. My wife loves smore stuffles and I'm fond of cherry cheesecake stuffles

    I've had one of these for a few years now ans love it! For Christmas morning breakfast tradition we make an egg and smoked brisket stuffed waffle! Whole family loves it!

      All you'd really need is a breaded chicken breast patty, maybe some gravy or an egg, or maple syrup (one question, though; would you put the syrup on the outside or the inside?).

      You could. Just make the chicken in advance but make sure there's no bones, and then make sure to have syrup on hand too.

    When I was a kid, I wanted all the infomercial appliances. Especially the ready set GO. The stuffler might be what I need to bring back the nostalgia of those commercials after Saturday morning cartoons.

    I appreciate that it's not a super niche gadget. Ignore the extra ingredients and it's just an extra thick waffle iron. If you don't have a waffle iron, this could replace your normal purpose and just give more options for the same gadget potentially.

      Since I’m from America I love the McGriddle, it’s my favorite thing on their menu. But I’ve heard multiple people from England say they hated the McGriddle. So proceed with caution I guess

    As someone who made a hundred or so waffles with this. Tie the tongs handle with rubber bands or a Velcro band while cooking. That will prevent the batter from leaking out.

    Just got one yesterday. I didn't have any batter or ingredients but really wanted to try using it so I took out the center ring and toasted a sandwich. The shallow groove waffle pattern and gap between the iron actually worked really well for this. Thinking I'll try putting a burger patty and cheese in the center when I get some batter.

    17 dollars worth of ingredients and about an hours worth of labor for a glorified 'McGriddle'..

      no just use premade waffle mix it comes in a box you can get it for 5 dollars and all you need to add to it is water plus bacon and eggs takes a max of 10 mins to cook and the stuffler takes about 10-15 mins so only around 23 mins of work for something that isn't just premade refrigerated ingredients thrown together at Mcdonalds
