- Welcome back to my kitchen. Today I’m excited to share with you how to make delicious and easy tacos stuffed with a ground beef and potato filling - and they're cheesy, too! I hope you enjoy them as much as me and my family do.
This wonderfully cheesy ground beef & potato taco recipe was passed down to me by my husband's maternal Grandmother who was from Chihauhau, Mexico. She taught me how to make this recipe when I was 18 years old! It's a super easy ground beef and potato paste to stuff your tacos for your next Taco Night! Damn delicious! Make them, you'll be hooked!

Just made these and they were wonderful. Instead of garlic and onion powder, I lightly charred a chopped onion and at the last minute of charring I threw in a full head of chopped garlic. Then, I folded that into the meat and potato mixture. Just a fabulous recipe. Thanks.

Just found the fried taco method I've been searching for! (and subscribed) These look great & I will 3:38 try ASAP. Love your adorable pups also! I also like it that you speed up the chopping method. I hate it when they make you take your time to watch people chop stuff. Everyone knows how to do that so we don't need to elaborate the process. Thanks for a great recipe!
