My advice: Run away as fast as you can from ANY of these home buying companies. If you do not, get a good lawyer. 🤦♂️
The offer they give you at first is the "prelimary" offer and as they said is contingent on the repairs etc. They state that clearly up front (so does Opendoor)
Thats why you dont wait a month or more to close. Get the final offer and take it or reject it before you make plans for moving etc
