Verizon does this scam all the time to consumers. Why the FCC, FTC has not did anything about it i don't understand. Verizon has been doing this for years. They always promise to turn the phones on and to keep them on. Then they turn the phones off. This is a scam with Verizon .

So I purchased 2 stand alone watches and they have never once worked. Verizon sent me home the first day with a promise to make sure they work and has over the last 2 years refused to cancel the watches or repair them. I have literally spent over 40 hours trying to get these watches working or get out of the contract and Verizon keeps stalling, making false promises and absolutely REFUSES to submit a repair or support ticket for the devices. I spent 7.5 HOURS TODAY ALONE trying to get this zeroed out so I can simply walk away and they absolutely keep running me in ridiculous circles. Thus is absolutely the most disrespectful, bad faith, dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have at least 50 pages of photos, documents, and bills showing zero data used. Who I spoke with. 5 times I went into the stores. The 2 times I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the watches exclusively to try to get them working only to never receive the call for our scheduled appointments. 8 times now I have attempted just to call them and deal with it only to be run in absolutely the most vile and dishonest circles a business can do. I hope I get to go before a judge and show what they have done. I can't even believe this. I specifically requested today that they submit repair tickets if they're going to try to help me. I dealt with 5...yes FIVE different teams and NOT ONE team submitted a repair ticket. Absolutely no visual history even though I very specifically requested it a literal staggering 20 times throughout the conversation. And believe you me I took ALL THE PHOTOS. Happy to share too.

I wish I would of checked the reviews about aspen! Went in to get a estimate on 2 teeth and came out of there with a $ 32.642 estimate that a need it done YES! OVER $ 32K 😂😂😂RIDICULOUS!

I see them on CNN almost daily. I have the best coverage for you. Every month, I put 150.00 - 175.00 in a car expense account. I use that debit card to do all my regular maint. + I take 20% of my yearly bonus and save that too for tires or brakes, if needed. That's my SHIELD 😄😄😄😄

I’m so sorry you are having to deal with this. They are criminal, and keep coming up with excuses for not paying for stuff they should be paying for. See if you can find a pro bono lawyer to help you sue that Doctor! He needs to have his licence taken away. I’d definitely make noise about this if I were you. It’s hard to do it alone but I know there are good people out there with clout and authority that can help you sue those bastards and get the $$ you deserve to help you heal ❤Best of luck to you 🙏

They have been the most ruthless the last couple of years. They have no knowledge of their products, they lack the motivation and ability to resolve issues even down to the most simplest matter. After 15 years, I’m DONE WITH VERIZON. I’ll take spotty service/black out service over Verizon any day at this point.

It's called balance chasing. Synchrony drops your available credit as you pay. Just shameful for a bank to behave so poorly.

I know 3 people that have Carshield. 2 of them had their claims denied.

Had a bad experience getting Car Shield to replace the transmission. They 1st said the transmission was bad before I bought the policy. Being a rideshare driver I had my annual state inspection reports that showed the transmission was fine. I also had all my repair receipts that included a transmission flush and fluid replacement. It took two weeks to approve the repair but they refused to pay for the diagnostic charges even though they requested photos and video from the repair shop. They also refused to pay for the heating and cooling transmission switch. They would not accept the repair shop's transmission so they shipped one from their supplier which took another two weeks to arrive. The repair took a total of 5 weeks, $647 in out-of-pocket costs, and 5 weeks of lost income. I canceled the policy after the repairs.

I don't trust any of these ads for car repairs, ins. for seniors to protect "loved ones", or any one of this type of "protection". Insurance cos. for homes, cars, are just as bad.

When I first started seeing the commercials, it just seemed too good to be true. I have owned several vehicles, but I've always either purchased the parts and fixed them myself or paid a certified mechanic to do the repairs.

Appalling Lack of Compassion from CarShield. Cruelty of elderly man with cancer! My father, a beloved pastor and the kindest man I know, was diagnosed with acute leukemia. Six months ago, we began the heartbreaking process of closing his accounts, selling his car, and canceling his insurance. Despite our efforts, we discovered that he still had debits from CarShield. Today, I called CarShield to shut down his account and request a refund. My father and I were utterly appalled by the lack of basic compassion or empathy shown for a man dying of cancer. There was no "I'm so sorry to hear this..." Instead, we encountered a young woman who was rude and the most insensitive human being we have ever come across. This woman refused to let me speak with anyone else, maintaining her nasty and rude demeanor. To make matters worse, we had previously sent CarShield a letter about this issue, and they conveniently claimed they didn’t receive it. How convenient to claim this when it comes to refunds! This is unbelievable. I demanded a refund for my 84-year-old father and strongly suggest CarShield staff undergo sensitivity training. I'm certain CarShield does not want to be known for such appalling practices.

After watching their dishonest commercials I Googled Car Shield reviews. 9 out of every 10 reviews was negative. It's without a doubt a scam.

I know and have met over 15 Car repairs shops in our area as I grew up with many that worked with me since 1976 and started their own business. I left the dealership in 1984 and began teaching at a local school and sent many of my students to these shops. None will accept Car Shield or Endurance as they try try to cut corners or repairs or reject claims.
