It’s especially funny because this information was cut from season 1. At the beginning of arc 3 is when Al and Subaru figure out that they’re both from Japan in the light novel.

It was before Subaru made a fool of himself in front of everyone and got beat by Julius, he was riding with Al and Priscilla. The funny thing is during the royal selection in season 1, Subaru comments on Priscilla’s accent on being similar to a particular Japanese accent, which Al says he thinks that’s how people from where she’s from speak or something along those lines, which means even though season 1 cut out the content in which Al reveals he’s from Japan this conversation means that they still kept the continuity that the conversation was just off screen, but are now back tracking with season changing it to where Subaru didn’t know now and so that way they can insert a reveal.

These are at least the characters from anime that have shown some disturbing futuretelling or just said it right in the anime

This is a very big foreshadowing for a mere small spin-off. Aldebaran have always been one of the biggest mystery in Re:zero, that even the most up to date Novel reader could've missed the whole Implications about him. Domain expansion, and ol shamock... Satella is now not the only one sealed, Al hijacks the dragon, and is trying to reverse isekai Subaru, and finds Reindhard, and tells Reinhard that the stars are not on his side. And we get left on a cliffhanger.. Its better to read it, its soo... Much better...
