There is a short story, in the manga, with an adventurer jealous of Kazuma being with such advance class party. He suggest he and kazuma exchange team for a bit, which kazuma accept and go with the adventurer's 4 compagnon. And kazuma kick ass, showing that, even with his low level, he is high quality adventurer if he doesn't have the carry "0 common sense" adventurers. In term of employee character he is the lazy/creative type, if you know the refetence.

To Take the artefact that has the ability to switch the user soul with another person for a few hours, but when one person is died after the soul swap, the soul swap can't be undone. And there is one corrupt Noble who initially have that artefact and he gives that artefact to princess iris so he can soul swap with her in the future and then kill his old body, so he can become princess iris forever. Fortunately kazuma coincidentally activated that artefact and his soul is swapped with iris, and then Chris explained to kazuma the danger of that artefact, so they decide to steal that artefact to avoid that accident.
