When selecting the airplane on the left side where it says livery/fuel and all that there's a tow option. That's where you can switch the tow aircraft!

I get a normal glider tug not a C47.....Glider man animates, Rudder activates, Engine of tug revs but i don't move.....Help please.

You forgot to jetison the gear after take off. (the lever is next to the tow rope release)
