Well guys that is the point of a cover its not to imitate as much as to pay tribute. I like it to be honest its different and its theirs.
Took a beautifully creepy song and turned it into a horribly creep song… my 2 cents!
I say, give me more please!!! To branch out and make your own style on a song and have an original thought is creation. TON put their own style into covers, and keep creating all you can. I would love to see this band live. My 2 cents....

I'm a huge type o fan and I really liked this cover. Sure it's a different style but that's the beauty of doing a cover, you do it your way and of course it's going to piss off the purists. I think it's well done.

Type O was my favorite band always will be. But, for some reason when people listen to covers, they expect the original and that's not going to happen. There's a difference between a cover and a copycat. I liked it- RTP PETE
Pete had an opinion...anybody can scream their head off and call it music. Actually singing takes some work and effort. I agree with that opinion. Screaming Pete's song does not do it justice.
Roxas1314 screaming does take practice and technique though...

Yep - it's the best cover I've heard so far, not that there are a lot of great ones out there. I'm not a greatest fan of black metal in general, but they've adopted the song to their style, not trying to mindlessly copy TON. No one ever done this before and probly no one ever will. Good job

This had potential for a few seconds, but then it became a shitstorm of bad ideas and mixing. And it was played and sung off key. That alone makes it a lousy cover.

I hate this kind of music, but this is definitely intriguing in a weird way.
I was kind of wondering why everybody was hating on it until I got to the screamo part. They don't seem like a bad band and I'd love to listen to their original stuff but covering this was just a bad decision

Definitely different. You can't hear the guy singing hardly. Plus if you're gonna cover a song you should at least be able to sing. Now that I've thought about it... I guess it does sound like s***. 👍
