- Hey Everyone,
Today You'll be following along with Me in this amazing 8 min bosu abs + core workout. Don't worry, all you need is a bosu stability ball. These will be the best exercises that I have so far introduced onto my channel and I hope ya'll get some killer abs from these exercises within this workout. Remember it's only 8 min!! Im pretty sure all of you can handle a constant 8 min tabata workout haha.

What move I could replace the plank with? My legs are not fully functional so I can't hold myself in that position. Definately wanna & gonna try this workout!
What’s up Eemeli 😎, I would replace the Plank with (slow mountain climbers with hands holding on the bottom side of Bosu ball)
If it’s hard to figure out I will be adding it to Bosu Part 5 this Wednesday!
In the meantime to also avoid the plank I recommend placing your feet on top of the Bosu ball - blue side - while performing a straight leg sit up. This will allow your legs to catch a breather while working on your upper abs. I hope this helps.
@@dakotadurant1013 I'm afraid I can't do mountain climbers either. Are there any options that could be done without using my legs? I'm a wheelchair user and my legs are basically useless😅
This is good to know, I want you to try performing a full Sit-Up with letting your legs lie down flat on the blue side of the Bosu ball. Your butt should be touching the ground and up against the edge of the Bosu. Keeping your hands 🙌🏼 together and arms reaching for the ceiling every time you come to the top of your Sit-Up.
Read comment above for instruction. Doing this will allow you to not use your legs at all. 👍🏼
@@dakotadurant1013 Couldn't do that either, I can't do sit-ups unless someone holds my legs in place😅 I did the plank with knees on the floor. Perhaps not as effective as the normal plank, but hell were my abs on fire after the workout nonetheless!🔥

Pretty good, my first day with the bosu I couldn't do it, but the second I could do it, I thinks the first day I had to much problems with the equilibrium when I start
The Bosu can definitely be challenging. It’s when the hard work you put in due to the consistency is what counts 💪🏼😎. Keep working hard, you got this!!
