      Kaitlin I just want to say thank you for telling us when you breathe in and out - most instructors don't tell us(even my in person ones)!!     loved this! it really showed that I have an imbalance from right to left and that dead bug I was more like a wobble dead bug. :)

    Por suerte te encontre en las redes me compre uno porque sufro de lumbalgia y de artrosis de cadera y supuse que me iba ser muy util y te encontre y gracias por aportar tan buenos ejercicios mi espalada y cadera te esataran muy agradecidos
