How to cook chicken adobo with chicken heart

ingredients:
3/4 kgd of chicken
2 cups of water
1 cup of vinegar
10 PCs of pepper corn or
1/4 tsp of ground pepper
cloves of garlic
1 big onion (half when boiling and
half while sauteing)
1 lemon or 4 PCs of calamansi
2-3 tbsp of cooking oil
4 PCs of potatoes
1 tsp of sugar
2 tbs of breadcrumbs or powdered saltines crackers
salt to taste.
