    I am a huge fan of Tom myself and of course in the gym with the guys, we quote him. I'm glad that we are not the only armwrestlers here that we have him as a hero!!!

    This is really awesome. I love that he's a hero of urs. Also I love these new videos and editing along with the videos. Like the rice bucket training.
    I have been doing Mike mentzer type workout routine and achieving good results.
    Maby you guys could do a video on Mike Mentzer training. I've been using the ideals for arm wrestling training as the ideals are universal to strength. I love Mike's logical approach to body building. High intensity. Lower sets lower reps.
    I can't tell I work harder in the gym than the guy doing 200 double flys and I love that. Endurance and strength are opposites Mike says. I love doing 6 reps vs 200 ! And feeling the pump as well as next week being stronger incrementally in lifts.
    Just wanted to talk n blab a little to another strength fan. Thank u monster. Great to see u on the comeback ! Frank is in trouble !!!!!!!!!!

    Cool video idea. In my opinion the only bad thing about this video is that we don’t actually see how Many reps/Set has been Done, how much weight was loaded. Overedited training, but I guess it wasn’t meant as a training video but just a fun skit? I would prefer a longer video with raw footage of sets chronological, but everything else edited in this style

    UA-cam algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... would like to see if u trained legs for 30 days, if it would actually help with overall AW or not? my legs actually get a little sore sometimes from table practice lol. and Don always willing to take one for the team!

      I seriously train legs every week. I believe if you get stronger anywhere it makes you a better armwrestler
