This man was so good looking ,with those beautiful blue eyes and that smile ,just takes my breath away ,and that voice my heart and soul ,the greatest singer of all time
I saw Elvis Presley in concert on July 20, 1975 in Norfolk Scope Colosseum. I was 18 years old. It was the most amazing concert I have ever been to and I’ve been to several. From the moment he walked out the audience went out of their minds crazy and pretty much stayed that way. My favorite song that day was The Wonder of You. He hit that last note and I thought the Colosseum was going to crumble. What a performer he was!! He sold out that concert so quick he added a night concert which sold out.
I got married in 1976. This beautiful song; "LET IT BE ME" was one of my wedding songs! I haven't heard it played in a while. Although I still have the Album that it is on! My daughter gave me a new "record" player for Christmas this year, so now I can play the KING anytime that I want to! He is amazing and to me, he is still current!!! I am truly showing my age here! But ELVIS will always be the KING OF ROCK and ROLL!
@Shelia Springer: the beauty of elvis presley is that it doesn't matter if you're 10, 30, 50 or 100 years old. Elvis is timeless and always a part of our lives. I think it won't stop until this universe dies.
What a beautiful reaction! I have loved Elvis since I was in my mom’s belly and I am now 53. He was the most talented beautiful man ever. He could sing any song any genre and make it his own and have the most beautiful amazing voice and no auto tune at all and he had pure raw talent!!❤
An ELVIS fan does understand!! I have been adoring him since I was 8 or 9 years old. I am 71 years old now. I never was fortunate to see him in person. But have been to quite a few of the "Elvis in Concert" shows they have at Graceland and tour all over, including Europe. His back of band and singers are there and they bring Elvis down on the big screen. It was amazing !! Sadly a lot of his people have passed recent years; after all it has been almost 46 years since he passed. I am going to go to see " Aloha Haiwaii show" at Graceland in August this yeat. Already have my tickets.. If you want to get a little bit of what it felt like go to one of those shows!! Oh net song to listen to is " Let,s Pretend" OMG it has gotten me through a lot of hard times, esp when hubby was a long way at work somewhere. No-one compares to him, his voice range, slow, fast ect..!!
Cindy I first saw Elvis on the Ed Sullivan show in 1956 I was 11 years old now I'm 77 ,and I've seen him twice in concert and let me say you are right he makes you for in Love with him. He was actually better looking in person. God touched him and he touched our lives forever. Love your reactions.
Same thing happens to all of us. You fall in love with the singer and how he reaches your soul and creates emotions in you that you weren’t even expecting. A very rare, unique voice who bleeds when he sings. His heart, his passion etc. He’s one of the most emotive singers I’ve ever heard. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. God bless. 🎸🎸🕺🏻🕺🏻🎤❤️
I know how you're feeling about having a heart felt love for Elvis. I fell in love with him sense I was a young girl, along with hundreds of thousands of other young girls & women around the world. I remember the day he died, ohh my gosh I cried and cried my eyes out for days. I literally mourned him for a long time. One day my Auntie had a talk with me about it. And she told me that as long as I hold Elvis in my heart, and kept listening to his music he'll live on in my memories. I'm 64 years old now, and I still hold passion for Elvis. And still listen to his music
This story has never given me a free cup of coffee or a spot at the front of a line, but it is true. In 1975 I was in the back seat of my Aunt's friends car in Charleston, West Virginia not knowing Elvis was to play a concert there that night. We pulled up to a red stop light and I heard a commotion while a white Cadillac pulled out of a alley with people chasing it and pulled in behind our car. I was in shock and just stared at Elvis and he at me, I always regretted not waving to him. It was in the afternoon so I figured he must have been going to do a sound check... He died 2 years later.
There is no one like Elvis yeah I know breathtaking so happy to see younger people getting the opportunity to hear our magnificent man Elvis He will always be on top I've loved Elvis since 1952 and still do great reaction love this song Thanks Spirit of Elvis lives on😎❤
Totally agree l love Elvis too😊, when you fall down the Elvis👑 rabbit hole, Cindy. You cannot get enough of his beautiful voice😊❤Elvis was such an amazing entertainer and special human being ❤
You are not crazy !❤️For Loving him.😊 I was born to late ,too. I was born 1964, and I was 13 when he died. Horrible experience…🥲 But I understand that you feel his voice so deeply and that you love him . You’re an Elvis fan ❤️ That’s what we all do. ❤️And only of you are a part of that group , you can understand . Because we feel it deeply. I was ridiculed in my school , for wearing clothes With pictures of Elvis on ,for example, a t-shirt, or my jeans jacket With an Elvis picture on my schoulder of my sleeve. I sowed it on myself. 😍 I bought broches and pinned them on my sweater. I loved it,but my peers made fun of me for being so backwards, and not into the music that was contemporary. And I always rushed home from school to get my dose of Elvis, just couldn’t wait.😊He literally took my pain away. The fun part is,that all those WHO made fun of me ,many years later, suddenly changed their minds when he got popular again, because it was suddenly considered ” cult”… so they went to concerts With his Old band members. But I could never do that . It’s not the same ,it Will never be. I would just feel it even more, that he is not here anymore. 🥲
I first saw Elvis on TV when I was 4 years old and fell in love with him and I am 60 now and still love him. I worked 1 1/2 years cleaning houses to make enough money to go and see him in concert. He died 2 months before the concert I was going to attend, I was devastated.
I grew up on Elvis...My mother loved him, my aunt loved him, my brother was a fan of his and Elvis music was always playing at home, in the car , etc.Needless to say, I too became a big fan . I got to see some of his movies , usually at drive- ins, when they were first released. And the big regret of my life was ALMOST seeing Elvis live in concert. He was appearing at the Providence Civic Center in Providence, Rhode Island , but I didn't go see him. I guess I thought that there would be other opportunities to see him in concert, but two years later he was gone. I never expected him to die so young.
This Is The Last Song On His Live Album. FEBRUARY 1970 On Stage. This Is A Beautiful Song And Done So Well. It Shows How Powerful His Vocal Range Are. I Have The Original Album.
You’re so nice and genuine pleasant and humble. Yes you need not to worry about him being late. he has enough material to last you a lifetime and more. Enjoy your Elvis. 😊
Hi Cindy, we love all your reactions to the Elvis songs, I am sure that the way you feel about Elvis is because deep down you are a beautiful soul with a lot of feelings, my wife and I send you many blessings from the Highlands of Scotland, and we send you many ((((((hugs))))) love from Les and Jeanette xx
David Cohen, Let it Be Me: this a French song, ''Je t'appartiens'' in French, is a song composed and performed by Gilbert Bécaut in 1955. What Now My Love: ''Et maintenant'' in French, is also a French song composed and performed by Gilbert Bécaut in 1961. No one can interpret these two songs like Elvis Presley. The greatest singer of all times. The most beautiful voice in the universe. ELVIS PRESLEY: A VOICE FOR ETERNITY! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I always Loved Elvis!! He was special!! I loved him so much I believe I may have marked my second grandson!! He has the face shape, and most of Elvis's coloring. Two differences only. 1. My grandson has green eyes and 2. My grandson can't sing....he does lip-sync for me sometimes..lol. luckily he does have that smirks grin, though.

I love this song so much that I chose it for my wedding song way back in 1985. Unfortunately, my wife “let it be me” and then secretly about four or five other guys before we divorced. Good times.
I have something you might want... My dad helped Elvis build a new room on to Graceland and he gave him a concert worn necklace!! its yours if you want it I have one already!! HE GAVE US 3.... I Know you would cherish it!!

His vocals over James's guitar solo always get me. Soaring and beautiful.
You’re not crazy. We, at least most Elvis fans, feel exactly the same. He’s family. He always will be. I will love him until I die.

@Cindy- This was another great Cover song done by Elvis. Help me out folks. Who was the original artists of this great song?
David Cohen, Let it Be Me: this a French song, ''Je t'appartiens'' in French, is a song composed and performed by Gilbert Bécaut in 1955. What Now My Love: ''Et maintenant'' in French, is also a French song composed and performed by Gilbert Bécaut in 1961. No one can interpret these two songs like Elvis Presley.
The greatest singer of all times.
The most beautiful voice in the universe.
