How to properly clean & sanitize your salon tools for retwisting & styling locs | ASMR | Mukisa locs

Cleaning routine for salon tools:
1) Remove visible debris, hair, and product
2) Place items in a clean and sanitized sink. Secure the drain and generously apply a thick detergent
3) Fill the sink with hot water, then use a clean and sanitized brush to vigorously scrub each item
4) Discard the soapy water then thoroughly since everything in hot water
5) Secure the drain and refill the sink with hot water
6) Pour a generous amount of Barbicide in a 3:1 dilution of water to solute. Soak items for a minimum of 10 minutes.
7) Drain the sink, rinse everything with hot water, and place items on clean and sanitized towels. You can also use paper towels.
8) Dry your tools for a minimum of 1 hour on high heat or until there is no sign of moisture.
9) Organize and store your tools for future use
