Hey Mark, good video as always. I think you prefer integrated weight systems if memory serves?
A top tip (from my experience with a Mares Bolt 1), leave the integrated weights out of the BCD until you're actually wearing it. If you fit them then start lifting the BCD with the handle it puts too much weight on the velcro tabs which secure the backplate padding. One of my tabs tore off before I noticed. I hope this helps someone.
