Love those crochet. CREATIVE GRANDMA thanks for teaching me how to crochet. Since Covid 19 i have been crocheting, and I love it. I have made my first christmas afghan and love doing it, though lots of amateuristisch missers but i learn from it.❤💖
I am very new with crocheting..... Just started 10 days ago.... I have crocheted 2 mafflars,4 doilies, 5 ear saver for mask and 2 yards tape lace. 😄😄 I am just addicted with it.....I just love it.
I thankful that we can still freely worship our Lord and Savior . I'm also am greatful for people like you that has these vidios. I have never learned to read a pattern. You have helped me so much. Hopping you have an Awesome Thanksgiving
I made the most beautiful Afghan using the feather and fan stitch also using the Red Heart Ombre yarn in the color Scuba. It's a beautiful blue and with that stitch it reminds me of the ocean waves in Hawaii.
I'm love your channel. I've got most of your stitch of the Week Patterns. I don't know how to pick my favorite because I think they're all great. I love the colors of your sunshine and rainbows baby blanket. I am in physical and occupational therapy and I crochet to help with my manual dexterity. Hopefully I'll be going home soon. Thank you for your patterns.
I just started crocheting about a few weeks ago. I bought a pack of crochet needles, yarn, and looked at a tutorial many times, pausing it when needed and after a few try's, I'm finally making a EVEN sided square. I will keep going and I'm so excited to start on my crocheting journey.
YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS🙏Creative Grandma Tutorials on UA-cam is my #1. Go to Teacher, Stitch Finder, Tutorials. I made 3 different patterned blankets because of “Creative Grandma’s” Tutorials.
Beautiful stitches! And I really like how encouraging you are for crocheters to push themselves a bit out of their comfort zone. I often get comments that the stitches I share are too difficult, but just like you said, it's just the same old single and double crochets, chains and slip stitches, but worked in different combos.
Hi Glenda. All these are new to me. You got me. - I like to stay in my comfort zone. LOL. But I may try your bean stitch. I know from experience that your instruction videos are done beautifully. Thank you for sharing.
I’m not picky I like all of the stitches. I guess if I had to pick just one I would pick the double crochet! Thank you Glenda!! NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS
Have never used any of these stitches, so it was fun to see them. I. Like the Suzette stitch. It’s great for baby blankets,, because there are no holes?.and the texture is nice.
That was fun! I am not that good at crocheting patterns and usually only do the basic stitches and make little hats. The Bean Stitch looks easy and so fun that I think a baby hat would work.
All of those stitches are beautiful - I couldn’t possibly pick just one. I will say, however, that my two favorite things to crochet are pineapples and shells.
These are all SO beautiful!!! I save all your samples & plan to try to make a sampler blanket using them. Thanks so much for sharing with us. I’m learning so much from you!!!
Two of those are my favorites...the feathers and fans and the box stitch. Another favorite of mine is the crazy textured shells. After seeing this video, I’ll have to add the bean stitch.
Been crocheting a long time and have gone through books of stitch patterns. But I also crochet with my handspun natural fibers So I like it simple to keep the natural fiber like angora front and center especially for hats . . So my favorite stitch is a double crochet, single crochet . It makes a lovely stitch for a 1 ply silk 1ply angora tam.
Thank you Glenda for the review some of these I had forgot about and this video has been the best reminder of all hope you do this many times through out the years yes we forget a lot of things after so many new projects
Thank you Glenda for sharing your love of crochet with us. I have learnt more from You Tube groups like yours in the past 2 years than the past 40 years. And you are TOP of my list for how clear and concise you are when teaching us all these beautiful stitches.
I am currently watching your video and have to say for those of you just starting crocheting, dont let the front post crochet intimidate you. As Creative Grandma states, it does give it dimension and texture, plus I enjoy using it in some of my afghans and on my grocery bag dispensers. I would love to share a picture of one of those afghans in which I use the front post stitch. Thank you Creative Grandma for your awesome videos and tutorials!
