@@sdotmurda hey man it happens at least you are getting back on the wagon. These posts help me as well. I take for granted being sober sometimes. And sometimes I need the reminder that its very possible for me to relapse at any time and that I shouldnt get too overconfident and let my guard down.

@@paulcalvert2099 There are so many people at the NAMM trade show in LA all playing the same instruments, shaking hands, high fiving, or hugging... It's very common that people get sick after attending. They've taken to calling it NAMMthrax after the disease Anthrax (not the band).

love the nordic folklore of the day shit man its awesome! today makes a year sober for me too, and i have to say the hardest part for me was "relearning" how to play. i spent so many years playing, writing, touring, and gigging high that when i first cleaned up that i didnt know how to play sober for a long time. but i have to say that your 14 day challenges took me back to a point that made me work on fundamental stuff and helped me sooo much!!! thank you dude! youre awesome! always been of fan of all your bands and your channel is amazing! thanks for everything man!

You lost subscribers all through this video but still managed to end it higher than you started! Love seeing your channel grow, you deserve it for all the hard work you’ve been putting it!
uncommon opinion but because the Solar singlecut has a 6 in line headstock it negates the tedious tuning stability issues that most LP shapes have due to the strings not hitting the fretboard dead on but at an angle. So with that in mind the Solar singlecut is actually a better design than a traditional LP shape.

Hey Ola. You're a big inspiration to me and has been a huge help in realizing not to be afraid to release my music and to sound like myself. Those were big inhibitions for me, and hard obstacles to overcome. So, thank you for talking about that and showing people not to be afraid
The headstock that way will actually help the guitar stay in tune (no sharp angles at the nut).

Congrats you should be past PAWS now huh? It really does get better each day. I have several years under my belt that I forget how bad the Acute and PAWS withdrawals plus how bad being strung out was then I see post that remind me that Im lucky.
Yeah it was terrible getting off that shit. I did not sleep for a month, no joke. Still adjusting to not being high all the time. Holding a job, playing music, talking to people etc is almost new to me since I was on that stuff for so long. Cheers man.

With the way you described the many genres included, how did it feel to step away from just playing metal? I find it's fun to blend styles together like the band 12 Foot Ninja, where one minute your playing a heavy ass riff then blend in some jazz or somba. You should check them out. Fun band from Australia. Always enjoy your content, keep up the good work.

I have never wanted a guitar more than I want a SOLAR single cut! It looks sick and I want it. The headstock looks amazing on that singlecut! Love it!

I love my Evertune guitar, in addition to it`s main function it also makes lower notes more clear so no need in longer scale length and thicker strings

Hi Ola - loving your channel and about to join as well as being subscribed. My question is what were your settings on the ENGL SE? I bought one, and there are so many options I'm having some trouble dialing in the high gain sounds, and a starting place would be great. I screen capped your settings on your recent Savage review, and suspect these preamps are similar, so that was pretty helpful. Also, what do you think about PAFs?

Hey Ola, bought my first solar guitar a week ago the A2.6 GMM and I'm loving it... in this price range I dont think most guitar brands can top it. Also bought the Krankenstein 100w and I was wondering what effects did you use in your 2010 playthrough of the amp ? It sounded awesome in that video! Thanks man and keep up the good stuff!

So last night I was casually hanging out at a rather chilled gig (Wolf in the Throne Room, At the Gates and Behemoth), the pit was raging, the bands were awesome. Can you imagine my surprise and joy seeing not 1 but 2 solar guitars being masterfully played by Jonas Stålhammar and Martin Larsson as At the Gates came onto the stage! I only saw the silhouette of the head stock and immediately knew they were Solar Guitars! What beautiful axes! I wanted to provide some positive feedback, it is so nice seeing how far your guitars have come and how such a new brand can make some huge changes in the industry! Keep up the hard work and as a casual guitar player I hope one to to also own one of your guitars! The new c-cut looks awesome and I really like the look of the Type E as well!

Hello ola, i recieved a solar guitar as a gift, played for over a month now, an a2.6tm, and I have to say, i own prs, esp, fender, ect, and ive been playing for 25 years, this thing outplays guitars 4 times the cost, amazing product and love the videos, thanks and keep it up

Hej Ola! Thank you for doing another great video despite the illness! Get well soon! I love the Solar designs and I have to say that this single-cut is probably the only one that I like (I am generally not a fan of single-cuts) and it works great with the inline headstock. I've got two questions for you - what are your thoughts about multi-scale guitars and 8-string models? Are you considering such designs for Solar? Tack så mycket!
