Very important.
Whenever I write I notice that my hand writing is sloppy because my hand is tense and I write fast. I’m being more mindful to slow down but I can’t seem to get my hand to relax. Do you have any techniques to share to help this? Also, are there worksheets you would recommend that allow tracing over the letters to practice improving the quality of the letter shape? Thank you. 😊
