Not only is this song underated, Belinda is SUCH an underated singer and performer. Her voice and performances now are just as good as in the 80's and 90's. Belinda is timeless, her repertoire and versatility is second to none and her appeal to people of all ages is unrivalled. One of the true legends of our time. Keep the tours going Belinda we all love you!

15 year old me was utterly in love with her - I played this song over and over - my favourite of all of hers.
I've been listening to this song since about 5 or 6, as well as the whole "Runaway horses" album. I graduate high school tomorrow and this song is a reminder of how far I've come and how much life I have ahead of me. The whole runaway horses album from 1989 was very well produced! Great arrangement, lyrics, instrumentations, ley changes - and of course no autotune, but real emotions! For me one of the most important pop albums from the late 80ies!

I saw her as a solo only once @ Radio City, the Mad About You Tour opening for the late Robert Palmer.

There's definitely a bit of Fleetwood Mac inspiration in her music, be that deliberate or otherwise. This is a beautiful track.
